AIBU to declare this is the best toast ever?

I am having toasted soda farl for supper. It is far better than any fancy new sourdough bread. It's available in most supermarkets in England but no one I know eats it. I have cold melting butter on it.

Can anyone recommend better?!

oh I love these. No one else I know seems to know what I'm on about.

Can't beat one toasted and then smothered in Lurpak.

also less risk than a crumpet of butter dripping through and spoiling your jeans.

Was going to add some to my Tesco's order so I can try in the morning but sadly it suggested soda crystals as the nearest option. Want to try them! Big fan of toast.

They are in our tesco as a soda scone. But night be regional (Scotland).

They are really simple to make if you want to try. They are nothing like toast more like a triangular savoury scone, very dense.
