Saturday plans, love a nosey!

Morning all. Awake since 7 rest of house still snoozing, teens for hours more probably. Working tomorrow so up and already have a wash on, cuppa, then I’ll shower. Take dog for a stroll and into Homebase for some pots and compost to plant on a few houseplants that are pot bound. DH has gym this AM . Planning on a country pub this afternoon then I’ll sort dinner, pack work bag and early night. What’s your day looking like ?

Just got ds down to the barbers. The kids just want to chill out and decompress so we'll let them play and watch TV till after lunch. Then we're popping down to the sea for a dog walk, rock pooling and chippy tea.

I want to do all these things!!

In reality I'm recovering from a chest infection (NOT Covid!) and need to catch up on housework/laundry cos I've barely done anything for a week. I do like watching a crappy film (think Hallmark romcom) on Saturdays though, so will make time for that later!

Lazy morning dds are with their dad. Dog groomer at 12
Plan for today is devlutter, paint some windowsills and get the steps in.

Recently split with dp. Yeh empty house and quiet is bliss

Kids are gaming at the mo and I've sorted out laundry after a bacon sandwich.... Dc1 is off to a party which I'll go to, Dc2 has rugby which DH will go to... Not sure what time we'll reconvene but there will be homemade pizza for tea, wine of some sort and probably a movie once the DC are in bed...

It was my birthday on Thursday and my mum's in Monday so we're having a joint party this evening.
Play date this morning for my daughter.
Then lots of relaxing before the party

Lazy day really. I have my comfies on and a new book that arrived yesterday. And half my Chinese chilli beef from last night to heat up for lunch!

DD1 is away with grandparents.

DD2 just left for ice skating and a meal out for friends birthday.

DH is dropping her off then heading to B&Q for some paint tester pots so we can decide which shade of pale grey we are doing the living room in next month. He also thinks he is moving all the furniture in the room around. I'm disabled so I'm probably just going to watch him struggle with a G&T in my hand and a cat on my knee.

Lazy morning, I had a lay in as DH got up with DS then house work for the rest of the morning.

Then Going to take DSD and DS to the park with skateboard/balance bike.

Then probably pasta for dinner and a flim tonight.

Comfies, new book and chilli need sounds like an excellent Saturday @SpookyScarySkeletons. I've just had some new comfies delivered on ocado they are the sort of trousers that are house clothes but could also pass for outside so I'm going to get a shower in a minute and put them on and leave them on for the beach. Cosy cosy!

DH and I have already been to Tesco. Few chores and a light lunch then I’m going to meet adult DD in town for coffee and a mooch round the shops. DH is going to come and meet us later and we’ll take the dog for a nice long beach walk.

Nothing planned after that. Paella for dinner and might just read or watch a film tonight.

It’s really foggy today.
Have done a quick kitchen tidy after breakfast and put on a load of washing.
We will still go for a walk but a short one probably over the fields that are ten mins from our house.
DH has to do some work this afternoon so I will watch a horror film as he doesn’t like them.
I’m gaming with DS late afternoon, six of us will be doing a raid later, all experienced so will be about an hour though inexperienced players can take several hours.
I’m hoping we all play a board game tonight.

DH and I had a bit of a leisurely morning after some impromptu beers last night. Now he's doing something with insulation and I'm about to get ready for MIL's birthday lunch. Probably a takeaway and Masked Singer later (rock and roll!).

A fairly quiet day here. Suffering with hypermesis and have had a really bad week with it. Got up and showered this morning, put a wash on. Dd was reading and watching YouTube.
Dp has gone to clear the shed out and is on this third tip run.
I managed to get out to m&s with dd to collect an order that's been waiting and she's now back in her room doing bits and bobs.
I'm feeling wiped out again, so will rest and chill again now but pleased I've managed a few things.

Still early here in the Cayman Islands, sat on the sofa with a coffee and can hear DS stirring in his cot. We are starting bottle weaning this weekend so today is the first day of no milk upon waking, changes in routine are always a challenge at first but I'm sure we'll both manage.

DH was out last night and got a taxi home so will go and pick up his car later on this morning then heading to a local art shop to buy some prints for the living room.

We'll go to the beach this afternoon and take it in turns to snorkel whilst the other stays in the shade with DS.

Am dozing on couch as broke dry january last night. On the wagon again now.
Ds2 just back from football. Ds2 gone to play pool. Dd at pals and will be in bed until about 3 when she will rock up looking for money/food.
Need to do some washing and clean bathroom.
Will watch movie later with ds2 and might get a takeaway.

I'm still in my PJ's am meant to be blitzing the house work whilst dh takes kids to various clubs and picks up click and collect but keep being drawn back to the sofa and man.

Might start trying to pair up the mountain of socks we seem to have acquired.

Then lazy afternoon probably playing some of the kids Christmas games then a baby sitter tonight and we are going for a meal with friends which I'm really looking forward to

Ds slept til 7, which is a lie in, and then DH had him for an extra hour. Had a lovely time doing some singing/playing with Ds.and DD, then went to the church community cafe while the washing machine was on.

Ds just done down for his nap without breastfeeding: he is nearly 2.5 but still fed for his nap once a day, hasn't done that since Tuesday so this might finally be him weaned :s

More coffee, chores, then probably off to town on the bus to pick up bday present for mum, a phone case and deposit the massive bag of dd's baby clothes at the refuge.

Tonight, fajitas, wine, TV. Tomorrow, church.

Just got nails done with DD, charity shopping in our village. 3 brill ones, brunch out. Big walk to Indians head this afternoon then going to my gym which has an amazing spa!!

Got back from a holiday yesterday, so I've done 2 loads of washing, unpacked food delivery and did a quick clean.

Now back in bed. DP and DC all went to work this morning so I've got a few more hours to myself.

Got up at 9, had a lazy breakfast and couple of cups of tea.

Started prepping living room for decorating, removing pictures, filling holes etc. Filled a black bag with general junk as trying to declutter.

Got a bit of a headache so gonna have another cuppa and some lunch soon.

Soak in the bath later and then out to a Thai restaurant with my friend 😊

I went to the gym first thing, came home and had a long hot, shower, then a coffee and pastry. Trying to get motivated to do some housework. Also need to take the dog for a walk. Later I might try out a new recipe and bake a vegan ginger cake. This evening I've got the last two episodes of 'Stay Close' to watch.
