Elle Darby's old tweets

I don't follow Elle Darby but am aware of her on Instagram. I came across her on TikTok after loads of her old tweets have been shared. So hateful and angry, the tweets are really nasty.
Has anyone else seen them? She's turned all her comments off and seems to be staying quiet!

They are absolutely vile

Not just old tweets, comments in more recent YouTube videos too - which she's now deleted.

No idea who she is.

Just awful!

Spectating on influencer culture is one of my secret hobbies, and I'm following it quite avidly.

To be honest, if you're the sort to make a living from ripping people off and getting stuff for free, it's unsurprising that your moral compass is skewed.

If you go on Twitter and just search Elle Darby (but don't go on her account) lots of people are sharing screenshots. I would screenshot and post them here but I assume MNHQ would delete my post.

Please be mindful if you go searching, they are really offensive and it'll take a toll on some reading them more than others.

I follow her on Instagram after I came across a video if her on youtube shopping in primark. I thought she came across really sweet and very doting on her sister who is disabled.
Afaik, a lot of people dislike her, because apparently, she is obsessed with her looks and 2 she asked for a free stay at a hotel in Ireland and was asking them to give her a free room to her and her partner, she will promote them on social media. The hotel didnt want to, which is their right to decline. But there was a big hoo ha over it, she made a video crying about it and lots of people put their thoughts on it, slagging her off and so on. I think the hotel owner even made a video saying things about her too. I haven't seen her earlier tweets however. I think she's ok, personally but I can see she really loves herself. And I agree with the hotel, if they sont want to give her a free stay they dont have to.

Shame she used to tweet horrible and derogatory things about her sister then isn't it. I expect its all for views, the way she treats her in some videos as well is horrible.

Who? I mean I've been on Twitter and her comments are absolutely abhorrent but who is she and why is she famous?

This is the Irish hotel girl?! I thought the whole point that was so hilarious was because she had only about 1000 followers and yet still called herself an influencer?! I amazed that she actually has gone into build herself an influencer career.

Ok, wow, so I had a look on he news and apparently there was a racist tweet in the daily star or something she says she hates Polish and Indian people. And then also said she hates her cat, her cat is ugly and is more if a dog person.

Then I went on tattler which was 52 pages of comments and just a load of crap, and then I thought let me just go on instagram and type in #elledarby and went on recent and Oh wow. I have to say I am so shocked.

-making homophobic comments towards jedward, and poking fun of their accents. -calling her mother a Wan* because she took too long to buy her an Indian takeaway. -calling women who danced with Rihanna on stage a mong. -calling her little disabled sister vile names such as nonse and so on, because her disabled sister said goodbye to the dog every time she leaves the room. Absolutely vile. -calls black people names -used the N word -refers to black bald men as maltesters -said that everytime you see a fat person give them a dirty look because that will make them see and acknowledge that people hate fat people and therefore that will encourage fat people to lose weight. -said she would love her cat to die -called her mother names -called her mothers partner names for not buying her a meal when he won 300 quid instead she has to eat her mothers GROSS lasagne -swearing and slagging off other teenagers from her school

-she wont watch another episode of waterloo road because they speak Scottish and to her it is the same as portugese. -said it feels weird she has a crush on a 9 year old boy. -calls key workers names such as bus drivers and so on. -asked two muslim women who wear the headscarf if they would like to go to a strip club. That's disgusting. Would she say that to a nun or a Jewish who knows.

Now people might say oh these tweets are 9 to 10 years ago. She was 16 or 17 or whatever. But wow, if people have that way of thinking I dont care. I'm unfollowing.....

I do wonder when this fad of people making money out of broadcasting their lives, and the lives of their kids, will end.

It's sad some people think they have this luxurious and glamorous lifestyle on Instagram and YouTube will get them somewhere. The reality is the children are the one who suffer as they have little to no privacy. I mean take go green with the grimwades, they are everywhere but they send out a good message and all the kids seem happy but you have other families who blog and vlog every day of their lives and then the kids are exposed. It's a shame really. I could never do that.

I’d never heard of her, looked it up and honestly some of those tweets are vile. She deserves the vitriol. Also not even bright enough (or arrogant enough to think it won’t lose her followers) to go back and delete them previously

I really don’t understand the “following” of these people. So glad it wasn’t around when I was young... We liked bands, actors in films & TV shows. Artists, fashion designers. People with actual talent.

So many of these overinflated egotistical half wits seems to be bigots and trolls who'll do anything for attention.

I don’t usually agree with cancelling people because of something non PC they’ve said years ago, but her old tweets are really very overtly racist, homophobic, xenophobic ableist and just down right vile. I’m nearly 40 and it’s never been acceptable in my life time to use the N word for example.

It seems to be a constant thing with youtubers: Jeffree Star, Shane Dawson, Trisha Paytas, etc.

I think its the sheer amount of hateful tweets that is just shocking. So much hate pouring out of her.

It's almost as if the exact sort of person who craves endless attention and expects a free ride in life is likely to have a poor moral compass and lack self control isn't it? Lots of pointless celebs too - like Chrissy Teigen.
