Celebs who are attractive in one role but not others

Watched the Princess Bride with Cary Elwes for the first time today - HOLY SMOKES!!! He is gorgeous in it! I’ve never ever once found him the least bit attractive in anything else he’s been in but crikey I almost swooned when he came on screen with his floppy blonde hair and Zorro outfit 🤤

Who else is only ever attractive in one role?

Great to find someone else who's seen that film - no-one in RL has! I loved it - reminiscent of meeting someone on a random night out when I was younger, really hitting it off and then never seeing them again...... CE's character is lovely in it.

Oh yes, and he was in the English Patient too at around the same time and totally unattractive, so very weird!

Leonardo DiCaprio in The Departed. Every other film he is either meh or ick.

I know this isn't exactly what this thread is about ...
My friend at school in the late 90's really fancied Richard from Richard and Judy.
My friends and I used to take the p* out of her.
A few years ago one of the mates that agreed with me that Richard-fancying-mate is crazy met Richard fleetingly and said that he was really good looking.
That made me think that Richard in the 90's, in the flesh must have been really gorgeous, except the TV somehow does not get that across.

The guy who played Denny Duquette in Greys anatomy, absolutely love him in that, cannot compute to Negan in The walking dead (which is where I saw him first) who I do not find attractive at all!

Mine is sort of opposite, but the only thing I didn't find Claes Bang really hot in was Dracula. Parts of it yes, but overall no. In everything else, yes, yes YES!!

Strange one but I've never ever fancied Leo di Caprio. I could see he might appeal to some, but never to me. But I really really fancied him in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Which is odd as he doesn't play a fanciable character. And he's playing next to Brad Pitt.Confused

I used to love Daryl in the walking dead but prefer Negan now ... Jeffrey dean morgan is also in the unholy
On sky movies atm, don't fancy him in that 🤷‍♀️
Cillian as Tommy Shelby .. all day everyday but can't I see him
