Putting a stocking together for my DP and I've just realised it's all good so far!

Xmas pjs, golf glove, a craft thing made by the kids, Terry choc orange and a comedy dvd to watch on Xmas night.

Have a mooch in B&M / Home Bargains. They have great stocking fillers like mini games, puzzles, joke gifts.

We don’t do gifts really. But pop some chocs and a dvd in the stocking for Xmas night together.

My thoughts too! I hadn't planned to but then he dropped into conversation about my stocking so now I have to do one. We're not really doing presents for each other this year so maybe a few stocking fillers will be nice.

Everyone gets stockings here, including a tiny one for the cats! I like doing them.

DP is getting his favourite (expensive!) chutney, fudge, chocs, a coaster, a card game, a santa stress ball, some little bits for DnD, and if I can find it, a book.

Because it's fun!

This year my husband's stocking fillers are mostly edible but there are also a couple of small fidget toys and a Christmas tree decoration.

In previous years some of the other things I've included have been;

Soap
Cufflinks
Pocket Square
Socks
Small books
Lego Yoda and seagull (if you know you know)

and plenty more that I can't remember of the top of my head!

I got one of those floating poo plugs for my son a couple of years ago and it’s quite realistic! A couple of times I’ve found it in the bottom of the bath and thought it was real for a second! 😂😂

We do stockings, instead of main presents. Set a smallish budget and have fun getting creative. I have really struggled for ideas this year though. I have socks, slippers, couple of small puzzles, chocolates/ sweets, Star Wars metal water bottle for gym, new bentos style lunch box to take to work, and a Star Wars key and key ring (key is our house key from local locksmith and bit random, but looks fab and he will love it).

It’s quite a big stocking so the tin of biscuits was tactical to fill it a bit!!

Thank god. I nearly panicked I should be doing this. Then I remembered we never do this.. it's for the kids!
