DH wanted to call our first DD Charlie.

SO many lovely girls' names and he comes up with that.

Sorry if your is called that...it's nice enough I suppose but it's just not something I'd choose for a girl.

Ex wanted DS to be called Sinclair after the computer

DH fought for Gary, Steve and Kevin. He lost.

Dh didn’t have any names come to mind he was just so excited about becoming a dad, he only asked they had his surname, which I would have done anyway. Problem is his surname isn’t the greatest to pair other names with so I was stuck with only a few names for dd which I told to him and he chose. DS name I chose and goes fine with surname.
I will say I hate the names olivia, Amelia and Benjamin ....just can’t stand them

Finn. We had twin ones name, but couldn’t think of two. He’d thought of Finn but forgot it, thankfully until we’d named two. All I could think about was Finbar Saunders and his Double Entredres from Viz.

Quinn and Oscar. Godawful. He vetoed all of mine as well, though.

The ones I remember, Xanto for DS1, -Evie for DD2, David for DS3 and Cleopatra for DD4. Nothing wrong with the names as such but some sort of theme would be nice.

I’d argue that ‘themed’ names are perhaps worse! 😬

Emerald. In his defence, my XH didn't have much imagination and I'd called the bump "Esmeralda".

My DH though up Amber - not a fan.Then he thought of Olivia… so we use it as a middle name. I don’t like it particularly, but then again her first name was my choice 😀

Not my husband but my mother wanted to call me Ulrika.. I would have been Ulrika Johnston, haha. Thankfully they settled on Anne.

We already have a Sam.

Sam and Ella. He thinks he's hilarious.

Also Ava, Eva and Ave (as in Ave Maria). All lovely names but the first three letters of our surname are Ave...
