I regularly shop there. Stuff that's great:-

Their wine. I like sauv blanc
All the cheese.
They do good little anti pasta stuff
The wood fired pizzas- specifically the ham, mushroom and mascarpone one in the fresh aisle
The flavoured sparkling water (we buy the apple and elderflower one)
Any of the lacura day/night creams in the box
The fake Jo Malone Reed diffusers
Tiger loaf

Tbh I do a full shop there weekly plus top ups and never have an issue aside from they do a fake special K cereal with red fruits and the red fruits are v lacking. I've switched to another cereal. But other than that, I like pretty much everything I've tried.

Washing powder
Nuts

Moser Roth chocolate
Tin foil ( you get so much more and you don't get that annoying thing where , as the roll unravels, it splits at the end so the width you pull off gets smaller and smaller.)

Their wines are great

Continental meats

Red and green pestos

Their salmon Wellington is amazing.
Breads are always nice too.

Wine, cheese, Nordic Wolf seltzers, bunches of LA lilies, laundry powder and softener, Lacura face moisturisers, roll on deodorant and make up wipes, steak. Especially the steak. We’ve served it to friends countless times who initially guess we must have bought it from the wanky artisan butcher our area is renowned for because it’s so good.

I used to be a brand devotee but rarely buy any at all now we have a local Aldi.

Mini Prosecco bottles.

MoChridhe · 12/11/2021 15:06

Farmhouse bread

BigHeartyTruffle · 12/11/2021 15:08

Maple syrup - miles cheaper than it is anywhere else!

Same for their jumbo organic oats, chia seeds, olive oil

crochetmonkey74 · 12/11/2021 15:09

Salted pretzel chocolate!

Almat washing powder is good.
Moser Roth chocolate.
Specially Selected Lemon and Mascarpone cheesecake. In fact, most of their Specially Selected cheesecakes.
Bags of mixed fruit and nuts
Brooklea thick and creamy yogurts.

Dishwasher tabs are great, just as good as expensive versions.

Has anybody tried the frozen cod wrapped in bacon?

Liverbird77 · 12/11/2021 15:19

The pizza is lovely as is the Tiramisu.
Some of their wines/fizz are pretty decent.

crochetmonkey74 · 12/11/2021 15:23

CPDubs

I have to not buy it!

supremelybaffled · 12/11/2021 15:25

Lobster mac & cheese. Yum.

HelloBunny · 12/11/2021 15:26

The Deluxe Macarons they do at Christmas are amazing. As good as any in a specialist shop, and much cheaper!

WinterCarlisle · 12/11/2021 15:26

The bloomer type bread is great. I love the lime, basil and mandarin candles. Really good plant based range. My fussy as fuck cat loves their little tins of special cat food

PinkWaferBiscuit · 12/11/2021 15:29

If you have children in your life then literally any and all of their wooden toys. The quality and price are both excellent.

In addition to this the pizzas are lovely and so is their ready meal mac and cheese. Also love the tiramisu and their jams. Also all the cleaning supplies we've ever purchased have been great.

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 12/11/2021 15:29

They do a dark chocolate with quinoa and popping candy in. Its delicious.

Dixiechickonhols · 12/11/2021 15:30

Choceur chocolate with salted pretzels £1.49.

Dixiechickonhols · 12/11/2021 15:30

They had orchard toy games in yesterday for small children.

Dixiechickonhols · 12/11/2021 15:31

Skin on fries. 0% Greek yoghurt. The 75p protein yoghurts.

DrCoconut · 12/11/2021 15:34

Gluten free fish fingers or goujons. They also do a gluten free tempura chicken and a safe whole nut style chocolate bar. And their mini potato waffles 👍🏻
