I cba to scroll through hundreds of land, garages, over 55s retirement homes and shared ownership listings. I'm guessing the cheapest flat is £150,000 cheapest house £350,000.

I'm confused by the beach hut one, it sounds like a rental advert - are they selling it fully fur images including a bench full of games and books? 😂

I discounted mobile homes in my search - not sure the floating house should count... though if that's the cheapest thing available then Shoreham and its environs are frighteningly expensive

@Chicchicchicchiclana you can click on the 'don't show' option in the filter and remove retirement and buying option, and specify that you only want to see flats and houses so that land and garages won't come up. If you want to that is if you don't fair enough

Yes the beach hut one is using the wording from its advert for renting it out (I know as I looked into renting one for a week once, and that one came up, but it’s super expensive).

Property can't be moving fast in Bo'ness - those pictures are from Jan/Feb!

No Rightmove where we live as we're offshore, but the cheapest I've seen recently for a 1 bedroom flat is about £280,000

For an actual house it's upwards of £600k

Housing is relatively affordable up here. Although all of the lower priced houses in my search were in the southernmost end of the 10 mile radius. The central/northern end of my search is in the national park, and there's not much affordable there.
