My piano teacher; but he has left the country to be with someone else and to escape Brexit (he's originally from Mainland Europe). I'm married to the love of my life, so it was never going to go anywhere but his friendship is all I ask for.

Both DH and I have known him and attended his gigs for several years, but now he's left the country and is in a relationship, I can't chat with him (nothing inappropriate, just asking his advice, seeing how he is, asking for his opinion on my creative writing, hearing about the history of his home nation etc) and I miss his friendship so much.

My ex husband, he's cheated on me earlier in the year. Chucked him out snd divorced him quickly. Wish I could flick a switch.

Yeah we've had several 1-1's on zoom. He's known for being a bit brusque but is quite chatty with me.

He potentially could have become my line manager- but I'm now moving to another team so limited chances for 1-1s now. He messaged me to say thanks and looking forward to hearing how I get on in my new job....which I got stupidly excited about like a teenager- he still wants to talk to me! 😂

And yes hopefully will have the chance to see him in office soon. He even said about hopefully seeing me in the office soon. But it's probably just him being friendly.
