Would you do this ADHD diagnostic quiz and share your answer?

I've done this quiz which is meant to provide an estimate of whether you might have ADHD. It shouldn't be used for diagnosis, there are lot of caveats for it.

But I am thinking "but surely everyone does that" about a lot of the questions. I'd be really interested to get a range of answers from a range of people, if anyone is willing to share.

For what it's worth, I've done it twice on different days, scored 76 and 62. Their threshold for "possible ADHD" is 70+. I don't really believe anyone can score less than 50 and I'd be fascinated to know if I'm wrong.

60, my brain is always buzzing in some way and I can only concentrate on reading things I really like

Stormyequine · 27/09/2021 21:10
  1. We are all different so presumably any score is possible?
ShinySquirrel · 27/09/2021 21:11
  1. 😁

But I have a formal diagnosis of ADHD.

Rockhopper81 · 27/09/2021 21:11

73 - I'm diagnosed autistic, so as mentioned, there's an overlap. But I suspect I may have inattentive ADHD, so there's that too.

Idbemonica1 · 27/09/2021 21:11

33 for me

Soontobe60 · 27/09/2021 21:12

30 here.

I’m a quiet, still, introvert who says and does very little without careful consideration. I got “quite a lot” on the doing too much at once and not finishing them and the noises in your head thing. I have voices in and “out” of my head and I’m shit at actually finishing tasks but I’m good at concentrating and considering stuff.

As a younger woman, in a more boring job, I'd definitely have scored higher

Evenstar · 27/09/2021 21:12

27 no diagnosis of ADHD

LauraAshleyDuvetCover · 27/09/2021 21:13

39, but I think two or three questions probably skewed it for me.

I'd probably have got a much lower score before I did my PhD. Then I'd just say I daydreamed a bit, now I have a hefty doses of Imposter Syndrome and feel like I never get everything I want to done!

I’m a lazy mare who likes to read, but due to my expert level procrastination skills I often end the day doing a million jobs and not finishing any then going to bed with a ‘busy’ mind.

Cuck00soup · 27/09/2021 21:13
  1. I’m actually quite disorganised (or at least I used to be, but have learned the hard way) and have wondered at times if I might be neuro atypical. Turns out I’m just a lazy sod then.
Taswama · 27/09/2021 21:13

I got 18.

ElvisPresleyHadABaby · 27/09/2021 21:13

106, I have combined type ADHD.

ilovehalloumi · 27/09/2021 21:13

Ds1 ASD and DS3 ASD & ADHD
I do think inattentive ADHD would explain a lot for me, but I wouldn't pursue a diagnosis until the EHCP years for my DC are over.

Quite a low score
