Would you do this ADHD diagnostic quiz and share your answer?

I've done this quiz which is meant to provide an estimate of whether you might have ADHD. It shouldn't be used for diagnosis, there are lot of caveats for it.

But I am thinking "but surely everyone does that" about a lot of the questions. I'd be really interested to get a range of answers from a range of people, if anyone is willing to share.

For what it's worth, I've done it twice on different days, scored 76 and 62. Their threshold for "possible ADHD" is 70+. I don't really believe anyone can score less than 50 and I'd be fascinated to know if I'm wrong.

Planning to get DH to do it though, as I happen to know that many of these scenarios ie. chattering brain and daydreaming are exactly the way his mind works..

Thank you @tobypercy you've confirmed what I suspected. I find a lot of the self-help coping tools very useful and just understanding why my brain works the way it does helps a lot.

FYI got DH to do the test, he got 22.

Ok I got 87. I do have a diagnosis of ADHD. I'm inattentive type though so some of those really didn't apply to me.

Ah, fair enough. I misunderstood you, thought you were saying if it's not causing you to be actually failing in areas of your life then it's not ADHD.

What do you mean by "neurodiversity" though? Are you referring to ASD?

Not specifically ASD, just anything where the brain works differently enough to be diagnosable but not to the degree of being unable to live independently. There's a more formal definition here en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neurodiversity but I was using it informally.
