I ate too many muller yoghurts, now I never want to see one again!

Giant, over-sized tin of peaches in syrup the day of my first school disco. Threw up everywhere and didn't go. I think I was looking for a reason not to go tbh. Was scared of dancing and snogging, and scared of not dancing or snogging.

Nettleskeins · 15/09/2021 20:28

Helmans Mayonnaise when I was 8. Never liked it since.

BogRollBOGOF · 15/09/2021 20:29

Tuna. I had a big tuna phase when I was about 14. Then I overdosed on strawberry bootlaces, ended up sick in the car and covered in tuna-reeking, bright pink vomit for an hour.

I have not eaten tinned tuna since!

Same here with muller yogurt. Ate loads years ago doing SW and not eaten one since. Sometimes two a day. Toffee ones. Don't eat baked beans now. Used to love them.

I did similiar but with one of those giant toblerone bars you only get in the airport. The sight of them still turns my stomach.

Poor you. Strawberry bootlaces. Never tried one. The very look of them!

StevieNix · 15/09/2021 20:32

Avocado on toast, had it for breakfast and lunch every day for months as I was so obsessed with it, then I fell pregnant and got HG so was constantly sick. Haven’t been able to stomach the thought of it since then

FaintlyMacabre · 15/09/2021 20:35

Pesto- specifically Sacla- at university. Have barely eaten it since, though can occasionally tolerate proper homemade pesto.

Fridafever · 15/09/2021 20:37

Taramasalata! I used to love it on white toast when I was about 13 or so. Got through tubs and tubs then suddenly went off it. I’m now thinking I could go some again! Just needed a 30 year break.

thisplaceisapigsty · 15/09/2021 20:37

Cottage cheese when I was a dieting teen (not much choice in those far off days). I tried it again recently and couldn't get past the first mouthful.

Pebbledashery · 15/09/2021 20:38

Egg and cress sandwiches. I ate them all the time when dieting.. Now I wretch when I see one. Never again.

AnnaSW1 · 15/09/2021 20:48

Eggs

Mindyourbusiness22 · 15/09/2021 20:49

Biscoff spread 🤢

Same here! Exactly the same!

Krispy Kreme doughnuts. It only took two (probably because they are so sickly sweet) but I felt ill for the rest of the day and haven’t been able to look one in the eye since.
Actually, I’m not upset about it.

Yellowbowlbanana · 15/09/2021 21:28

Melba toast with primula cheese spread and minestrone Cup a Soup. I ate it for every meal as a teen and now I could not put it near my lips.

LadyJaye · 15/09/2021 21:30

Special K with red berries. I suspect they laced it with crack - I ate it for breakfast and dinner for about a year.

Even the smell gives me the dry boak now.

LadyJaye · 15/09/2021 21:30

(Oh, and it's REALLY expensive, as cereal goes.)

Thewholeshackshimmy · 15/09/2021 21:32

Seafood sticks. I would shred them and mix with a mayo/salad cream mix and eat with a spoon, I was addicted. Now just the very thought turns my stomach 🤢

Dadvdtret · 15/09/2021 21:34

Mayflower curry sauce.

Wintercoffee · 15/09/2021 21:38

Rice pudding phase
Custard phase although I can eat it now
Macaroni cheese phase, very sickened by it now

JudyGemstone · 15/09/2021 21:43

Cheese omelettes.

Ate one pretty much every day for a long period sometime around age 10 or so. Haven’t been able to face them since.

I can eat omelettes with red onion, fresh coriander and green chillis now, think it’s just the double animal protein that makes me feel sick.

idontlikealdi · 15/09/2021 21:43

So many things. I have a really annoying habit of having something for weeks and then can't do it again, really bloody annoys me.

ElvisPresleysSideburns · 15/09/2021 21:43

Thousand Island dressing. Specifically, the Pizza Hut salad bar one ( if they still do it, this was forever ago).

Melassa · 15/09/2021 21:43

IKEA ginger biscuits, chomped my way through them when pg and nauseous, can’t even look at them now without getting the boak. Even the name makes me heave (pepparkarder or something). The odd thing was I’d always hated ginger biscuits, I only ate them when pg.
