Shower at night?

Do you shower before bed and then not in the morning?
I'm trying to streamline our mornings and saw on another thread that some people shower at night not morning. This would fit in I think but in thinking it's a bit strange to go to work not showered that day? Will try it this week but does anyone do it and feel clean and put together in the morning?

Yes I do- otherwise my mornings are too rushed.
Feel clean and fine- no issues

Bath at night, never shower in the morning, not had any complaints!

I did this when I had young babies as it felt too difficult to do it in the morning.

I have always showered in the evenings. I do occasionally do it in the mornings, like today for example. But I like my sleep too much to get up earlier for a shower. I prefer the feeling of showering in the mornings but the evening works better.

Yes I do this. It's fine - I would prefer to shower in the morning tbh but it makes everything run much more smoothly so it's worth it!

How old are your kids? My youngest is only 18 months and I'm hoping once she is a bit older I can go back to showering in the morning.

I would feel far too sweaty if I didnt shower in the morning.

We shower at night, it means that my our bedding and PJ's smell fresher for longer and we have more time to get ready in the morning. It's also supposed to help promote better sleep Smile

I think it’s weird that people get into bed for 6-8 hours with the day’s dirt!! Always night time!

I like to bath before bed to get the days dirt and sweat off me, but I also don't feel clean unless I've washed in the morning. I'm only really happy if I wash both ends of the day, but struggle to find the time to do both. These days I always have a quick wash in the morning, but also 2-3x a week I will have a longer bath in the evening as well to wash my hair, shave my legs, things like that. I like to always bath before getting into clean sheets at least!

Yeah sometimes at night. #lifehack don't dry your hair, put a towel on the pillow and let it dry out overnight, you then have fresh hair for the morning

Hair wash showers in the evening, wash-only showers in the morning.

Yep, feel nice and fresh for sleep when I’ve showered at night. If it’s been a hot night I might have a very quick rinse in the morning, but otherwise just splash my face.

I shower at night and wash hair. I wash under arms and face in the morning to feel fresh. I find this fine when weather is 20c or lower each day, and nights are not hot.

Yeah I used to have morning showers but it saves so much time to do it at night. I wash my face and armpits in the morning so I feel fresh before I put my deodorant and clothes on.

I shower in the evenings, it feels food to wash the day away. Mornings are much easier, just takes me 10 minutes to get ready and I'm not as rushed getting the kids out of the house!

And perhaps tmi don't any of you evening showerers have sex? I certainly shower in the morning afterwards!

I still don't get pjs too, they make you sweaty

Being Frank, I smell so I shower in the morning and at night. I have very bad night sweats too so don't really have a choice!
