We use a garlic rocker. No need to peel the garlic. Dead easy to use and clean.

I have the ikea one and actually think it's a bit shit. Mines gone weird and it's a pain to clean.

I like the look of the weed grinder garlic twist, but I also fancy trying a rocker. People always mention OXO kitchen stuff on here so am tempted by that too......
