@PinkSyCo Because in the walk scenario you would at least have a chance of finding it. But I can see that you are strong enough to handle to truth. (I knew that, but I forgot...).

Considering I lost it over a year ago, I doubt I’d have much chance of finding it now if I lost it outside.

There was a thread earlier this year where an OP said she'd hidden her daughter's ipad for disciplinary reasons and she could not remember where she'd put it. Everyone offered their guesses, of course, but no joy was to be had...finally OP found it in a drawer under a box. A PP had guessed that it was in something rectangular and she was declared to be the winner as to knowing where it was...(although her guess was a huge stretch as to the actual location.)..poor thing was then bombarded with requests to "see" other PP's lost items...she was very much out of her element and I can imagine all the requests did her head right in.
If all those PP had only heard of the mighty @UnlimitedChipsAndSalsa all their items would have been located .( of course you knew this already, Salsa)

Hmmm, I wonder when the Daily Mail will pick up on this thread...their journalists have been doing lots of this type of "reporting" latelyXmas Hmm

Oh, @SwtPeasOnEarth, you flatter me with your kinds words (though I knew you were going to say that)! Smile

I knew about that iPad thread, of course. I didn't feel it was my place to step in. I prefer to only answer people when they ask (otherwise they might get overwhelmed).

I don't think we'll be seeing this thread in the Daily Mail anytime soon. People would stop reading newspapers because they could use get all their news from me.

@Nyxnak You'll be 92% settled in by Thursday (don't hold that over ILoveYouMoreTheEnd's head or there may be hard feelings).

@Hibye23289 Feel free to ask as many as you want! Since I know everything, it will take quite a few questions to get through it all.

About your dad, there are some regrets that he's not going to be able to shake, so it depends on what he chooses to focus on.
