Anyone having trouble with Tesco this evening?

I am 3/4s through my on line shop at Tesco when suddenly found myself in a waiting room. Asked a friend to try and she also found herself in the waiting room!

Anyone else?

Yes! Came on here to see if mumsnet knew what's going on! Weirdly, I was searching cherries in groceries just before I was checked out and the waiting room picture is....cherries! Maybe I need to visit Lotto whilst waiting

Yes, the site won't let me on, and there's a message displayed saying there's a fault...

Yep-I’m waiting in the waiting room with a load of red apples!

They’ve just texted me to say that I need to make any changes to tomorrow’s shop by 10pm but that isn’t looking very likely!!

I don't get a message about a fault just that it is busier than usual.

Trouble in store as well, DH has just gone to the express, the self serve tills are down and the till didn't take any of the offers off.

System down or something, I may know more in a bit as he has gone back to complain.

Yep! Called 1.5 hours ago and was told 15 mins need to change order for tomorrow! Phone lines are open until 11 so may cancel it but would have to go as well either way

I'm shopping on Tesco Ireland and just tried to log on to change tomorrow's order but it says incorrect password and I've been blocked for 15mins! That was 2 hours ago and still can't log on! V. Frustrating

Mine wouldn't take payment unless I re-entered card details, then I got the 'oops' page. Its taken 3 goes, but seems to have gone through now.

Yes booted me out several times this evening and I have had to log in a few times on the app and just managed to change my order for tomorrow before it went down again and then put me in the 'waiting room'.

Yeah, took me fucking forever to amend my order before.

I held my basket with £40 of cucumbers! 😣 Was going to edit the basket after tea, now I can’t get in and get through on the phone either. ☹️

What will happen if we can’t amend or cancel by 11:45? They surely won’t send this order?!

He's back, seems like it is a system failure, managed to get his refund but the clubcard was causing the issues.

All of Tesco online & the app is down. No news on when it will be resolved.

Also trying to check out for a delivery tomorrow - no news yet on whether they'll deliver or not? (I may be receiving one pomegranate, some cat litter, and a bottle of champagne at this rate).

I'm about 40p off my £2 delivery but haven't checked out yet so I have all my fingers crossed I won't be billed for the under £40 basket.

They do look a bit like cherries if you kind of scrunch your eyes up a bit.

I only went on to add those Finest lemon drizzle muffins to my delivery in the morning, looks like I'll have to miss out
