28 in Essex but it doesn't feel too bad in the shady parts of my garden and I've sent DH to do pickup.

Also 30 in Berkshire and I am LOVING it. This is my three days of the year when I don't feel cold and I am going to make the most of it

Apparently it’s 28 according to my portal , feels much hotter than that outside , quite nice in my fan filled , blacked out house .

I've spent all day hosing off the horses and applying nose and fly cream to try and keep them comfortable. They are beyond savage about the whole thing. I've taken to just hosing myself off too to keep cool. It's not working.

I'm up at 6am to ride before it gets too bad. 28 doesn't sound that hot but it's just awful.

Was ready to report that town didn't look that different and people were wearing masks/waiting turns, but it's hot! Car said 32 when I started it inside multi storey with open sides, but shaded. Could well believe it!

About 26 degrees here in Cumbria.

We're on the coast so there's a lovely breeze and indoors is nice and cool as the blinds are closed and our extension is being built which blocks out a lot of light.
