How much money would you give as a wedding gift?

My goddaughter is getting married and has asked all the guests For money to pay for her honeymoon.

How much would you give? I suggested £50 but my DP says it should be atleast £100.

I am not sure if it’s petty of me but we never get even an acknowledgment or thank you when we send gifts for the children so don’t feel majorly inclined to send them loads of money for their honeymoon.

For our wedding we asked for money towards our honeymoon usong flyustothemoon.com - We were happy for any contribution weather it was £10 or £100 and thanked all our guests for coming. I think donate depending on your situation but you shouldn't be pressured into it!
