What should I write on my walls ?

No , I dont mean things like Live Love Life etc , each to their own but thats really not my thing .

I am in the very long proccess of redecorating , so I am stripping wall paper off .
I all of my old houses there have been little notes under the wall paper 'such and such lives here from x date '
But other than a few decoraters marks and mesurements their is nothing in this house .
So I am going to write somthing like Al moved in to this house on x and did this decorating on , , , today / tomorrows date .

What else can I write ?

@Sweetpea1532 ha ha I love the idea of concrete for dummies , it would stop so many fingers been poked into what was a perfectly smooth patch of floor .
I wonder if chickens can see colour ? this could of been prevented

I ran across it yesterday when I was looking over old threads..I'll go back and look again..it was something about "what can I do in my garden "...it went off on a tangent, of course, about washing lines and how you attached kitty to the line with a lead. Then AK posted a photo of a cat splayed out across the top of an umbrella washing line. There was talk of people cutting their lawn whilst topless, and other clever, cheeky suggestions 😂

whoever moved into mum and dads house and stripped off my bedroom wallpaper would find Bay City Rollers painted all over the walls!

Each wall in a kitchen diner had “Steve and (name of current girlfriend) forever (and date)

Someone called Tina wrote her name and a date in August 1998 on the plastered wall beneath the boiler in the kitchen under the counter and there were the usual list of previous years under wallpaper in the dining room. Added to it of course.
However, if the current owners(if they already haven't)or future owners of my childhood home redecorate the back wall of the lounge they'll see some very funny clean Monty Python-esque cartoons my Dad drew on the wall in 1990. The people the house was sold to did uncover some jokey writings on the wall by the door from the same time but they never did anything to the back wall before they moved on. I like to think that the girls growing up there whose family bought it from them will one day see them and find them as funny as I did as a child. I still raise a smile at the thought of it.

When we stripped the wallpaper off our living room walls we found a crude painting of a naked woman with big breasts.

The building I worked in 25 years ago was part of a large public sector organisation doing serious work with vulnerable clients. My office was down a quiet dead end corridor. When I came back from a meeting during the decorators’ lunch break I passed numerous cock and balls combos along our corridor, some more artistic than others. When I passed again a couple of hours later, it was all boring heavy duty corporate pastel wallpaper again.

So definitely does seem to be a theme of having naked body parts drawn or painted on walls @boatyardblues it's a shame the art work was covered , you could of been cock of the walk to your office 🤣

This is my room divider I love the amount of detail on it it's quite lightweight but I think it would be fairly strong so long as it doesn't get the kick around.

Just be aware if you order this in the UK at least we have to pay the delivery driver when he delivers it either by cash on the day or card the day before.

If you show it to DH make sure the credit cards are well hidden, with the £50 delivery added there was very little change out of £200 .
The Bright blue is very much in contrast with the dark reds and browns in the other room, hence me wanting the screen to split the two.
I hope you get your Wi-Fi sorted out soon

Ha ha i like that , I think they will be cursing me though as they either have a lot of wallpaper to remove or have to try and paint over dark red he generally a bugger to cover
