What gloriously scented things do you have in your house? Bar soap, candles, moisturiser - anything!

I'm pregnant and my sense of smell has gone through the roof. I want to surround myself with wonderfully scented things!

I ran out of face wash the other day so used a bit of my husband's. It has birch sap in it, and is the most intoxicating thing ever. I just stood there letting the shower water go cold breathing it in like a loon

I also keep sticking my nose in various candles and pots of moisturiser etc as I go around the house. It's making me very happy and is helping me ignore the indigestion and back ache.

Favourites so far are the pumpkin Anthropology candle that I'm trying hard not to burn until autumn (but I take the lid off for a sniff) and an empty box that used to contain an order of bar soaps from Chateau du Savon.

So, please tell me, what are your favourite smelly things?

The rhubarb anti-bac spray by Method. I love it.

Jo Malone Reed diffusers. Pear and Freesia.

I've got a candle by a company called Boy Smells, it's called Ash. It's absolutely gorgeous -- smoky wood, hay and something a little dark and richly sweet.

Oh and I also have a bottle of black Marseille soap liquid, which I use (diluted) for cleaning. It's quite a pungent strong-soap smell but it just smells clean to me.

The White Company cassis candle and their Autumn room spray (which I'm rationing as it's only available in the autumn)
Jo Malone Incense & Embers candle. Also rationing as they've discontinued it. 😭
Druid Edinburgh Cardomom & Leather candle and I've ordered their Saddle candle too.

I really like the smell of Dove soap

Ooh I had a bar of soap from a company called di Palomo, it was grape and fig or something like that. It was absolutely lovely.

Aurelia body oil. It smells heavenly.

I put it on my (giant) pregnant belly every evening so I can smell it while I fall asleep.

@LyndaSnellsSniff The Woodlands, Midsummer, Green Fingers and Cathedral candles from Druid Edinburgh all sound gorgeous (so basically 50% of their stock!). They're making the shortlist! I couldn't find a cardamom and leather one though.

@dementedma I like the smell of Dove things too but had an allergic reaction to something in their products years ago so haven't tried them since.

Colony Japanese Cherry blossom diffusers. Absolutely divine.

When I was pregnant, I used to polish the tables every day because I couldn't get enough of the smell of Pledge. I even briefly considered in a moment of madness, spraying it on my clothes to sniff.

Neal's Yard Garden Mint and Bergamot hand lotion is glorious - really fresh and uplifting. I'm a bit miffed that they don't do a bath/shower product with the same scent.

Yes! Thank you for reminding me of this. I used to have some a few years ago, and you're right, it's very uplifting. My hand cream is running out too so that's a definite repurchase.

Of course! Here you go, this is the one I buy. It's quite expensive but a little bit goes a long way.

They do a citrus one and (I think) an olive one if the lavender isn't your thing.

Don’t over buy. Post pregnancy I couldn’t stand any smells!

Nuxe do a sunscreen which smells gorgeous, like how I imagine chic women on the Côte d’Azur smell; it’s frequently on offer at M&S.

Origins Night-a-Mins has a really nice orangey smell and a lovely texture and leaves me looking like I got some decent sleep when I didn’t.

Arket oak moss hand cream has a lovely green herbal scent and looks really fancy but doesn’t cost a fortune.

@CornishTiger Nooo don't say that! It's been bringing me such joy amongst the heartburn!

@MotherWol That's good to hear about the Night-a-mins, as I have a pot waiting to be started when my current night moisturiser runs out.
