Having a discussion about the friends characters and who was the best so decided to ask on here everyone’s opinions.
My list is...

I think Chandler and Ross get the best wittiest lines and so seem funnier.

I can't call it either, Friends need every single one of them! Love them all.

I can imagine moving with anyone of them would have its own challenges

I was actually pondering my LEAST favourite character today as I caught a bit of The One Where Phoebe Runs*. Jeane (Elle McPherson) just pips it from Mike - I like Paul Rudd but I can't stand Mike, he's so passive aggressive. I'd have gone for David every time. He got a shit deal.
*Jennifer Aniston's hair was incredible in this series. Serious hair envy

Special mention to Mike and Janice.

Hated Joshua who Rachel met at work. Also hate Emily although I would have murdered Ross for the wrong name at the wedding situation.

I LOVE ROSS GELLER!!! He and Rachel progressed the most throughout the show. He went from needy and controlling to funny and cool. She went from spoilt and self centred to independent and considerate.

In real life though I think Chandler and Monica would be very full on and annoying. Chandler because very pussy whipped once he got with her and I think she was much better suited to Richard other than the incompatibility over children.

I didn't like Phoebe she's a nasty bitch who throws her friends under the bus on a regular basis.

I also think Joey is the most loyal and caring friend, although in real life he would be classed as a bit of a loser unfortunately.

I also think Phoebe should’ve ended up with David, never liked Mikes character.

Agree Phoebe is awful in some of the later episodes. Such as when she tells Chandler that Monica has met up with Richard and also that Monica was looking for Joey for a shag in the London episode.

Every time I see that episode I think what a rubbish friend! Who would do that to their girlfriends!! 😂

It's hard to choose because they change them so much throughout the show. When he's on form Ross has the most laugh-out-loud lines, but they exaggerate the nerdiness way too much in later seasons (the sandwich storyline and "I'm fine" shit).

Same with Phoebe - always the weak link for laughs, but often quite unlikeable by the end. Chandler is superb but was a bit wet with Monica.

I absolutely fucking HATED Susan with a passion! Fucking bitch!! Also disliked stuck up boring Charlie and whiny Emily.

Loved David the Science Guy, Frank Jr and Rachel's vile but enigmatic father.
