Am I to old for a nose piercing?!

33 (tomorrow) and always wanted a small silver hoop in my nose but kept getting put off by people telling me it was tacky or I’m to old.

I’m a bit “fuck it” right now but I would like some honest opinions before I “fuck it and put a hole in my face

Of course you're not too old. I know quite a few people in their 40s who have nose piercings.

I’m getting one as soon as the piercing studio starts doing faces again, I’m almost 35.

I’m 35 and after years of denying myself due to body hang ups I pierced my own belly button last year. Only my husband and I see it. And he hates it! And said it was for teenagers. But I love it and it makes me smile every time I see it. So I say go for it if it makes you happy

I had mine done at 38. I just have a small stud in and barely anyone notices it.

It's not an issue to take out if you decide it's not for you.

I have lots of piercings and in the course of my job only one person has ever mentioned them.

I still wear a stud in mine at 44. I don’t suit hoops but if I did I’d wear one

I did it at that age. Loved it for a few years and then took it out again. The itch was scratched.

I also got my first tattoo at 33 - I’ve now got four. Luckily I still like them!

I had mine done at 25 and then took it out at 30. I’m now 47 and thinking of having it redone… I loved it. DH hated it though. Sad times.

Im 43 got-one a year ago!

I had my eyebrow pierced on my 60th birthday.

Had mine done for my 50th. I love it. 😊

Amazon sell single use, sterile, home piercing kits. Nose ones and ear ones. I'm so tempted (nearly 36).

Is it a statement to have a nose ring? A fashion? A fingers up? A 'I'm trying' to be different? Loot at me I'm not too old to show X Y or Z? I really don't get why people want it. Does it get in the way of blowing your nose?

But your nose so it's really personal choice to do with your nose what you want - have several rings, what does it matter?

I don't personally like them but people can do what they want with their own noses.

I do struggle to see the attraction but I think it's more a way of saying - I'm not old, I'm trendy?, I'm hippy? who knows

I had a nose piercing done when I was 30 and am still wearing it. I'm 52 in August 😊Go for it!

One of my closest friends just got one at 42.

Suits some and not others, only you know.
