Even if you were walking, you would have had to go at a cracking pace to do 3 miles in 25 mins!

I assume it thinks 1 stir = 1 step/arm swing.

I did some ironing and my Fitbit logged it as an activity.Apparently I swam 21 lengths of a 20m pool🤔.I wear my Fitbit on my non dominant arm.

Where I live our medical insurance companies offer incentives for living well, you can get good points if you submit your fitbit steps each month. My friend had a very energetic boxer dog and she attaches her fitbit to him. He does a months of steps in a day

I get that when polishing ceramics. But then I feel the sweat running down my back even though I'm in an air-conditioned lab so its maybe not too inaccurate.

I was sitting on sofa watching a film last night and Fitbit said I went to bed at 8pm!!! I was clearly verrrry relaxed.

That's why have an Instant Pot. Can't be doing with stirring a risotto.
