I’ve name changed on here and tried to talk about it before but didn’t get much response which made me feel even more lonely.

I’d love to stop doing it but as it’s ‘safe’ it’s an easy way to quickly get rid of the overwhelming feelings that come with my anxiety triggers.

I never meant to scar myself but sadly I have a couple of times. It’s now like a permanent reminder of the trauma which makes me really sad.

I know that the father of one of my child’s friends sexually assaulted one of his other children.

it’s so tough to explain. Part of what perpetuated my ptsd was being gaslighted and so not only have I felt a lot of shame but also doubted myself.

no one in real life knows this but I’ve recently started therapy again. My therapist was and still is amazing.

I am so much better that no one would have a clue that I struggle with self harm. It’s very lonely!

My dh doesn't know I've redecorated our "to let" house to move into....without him.
