Me...by the end of this year I will be divorced...DH has no idea!

I think about suicide most days and have done for two decades. I find it comforting and absolutely do not want to get old.

I am purposely not having regular smears despite having issues previously and also won’t get any regular mammograms or similar when offered as I am hoping I will get cancer one day and will be bumped off this mortal coil early.

@Fairyliz - hey don’t be sad!! I’m not sad at all, I just don’t want to be here and refuse to be here for another 50 years if I can help it. I can cope with another 10 years or so, so my children will be adults when I pass.

I bought and took adhd medication on the internet. It meant I could keep up with the 12 hour days at work. God I hated that job.

I’m at the age where friends are beginning to become grandparents. They’re all overjoyed and completely in love with their grandchildren. My son is autistic and it’s doubtful he’ll ever have a relationship, let alone have his own family. This makes me very happy. I feel I’ve done my bit raising children and I hate the idea of becoming a grandparent.

Oh and I have a liiittle crush on a female online friend. No one knows, including her. I’m married, nothings going to happen. But I’m enjoying the limerence while it lasts.

I very nearly got taken in by Jehovah's Witnesses and attended a few meetings before thinking "WTF am I doing"

OH...about my kind of stroke...The first symptoms were, my vision blacked out for just a second and I saw flashing neon colors, then it was normal again, AND I then started hearing my heartbeat in one ear. IF EITHER OF THESE HAPPENS TO YOU, call for assistance IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT WAIT AND SEE! I did, and was face-first on my kitchen floor two days later. These are not "regular" stroke symptoms, Ladies. STAY SAFE!

I hear my heart beat in one ear all the time! Isnt that normal?

I have a number of grandchildren. I hate the oldest one with every breath in me. He’s 6. He’s done nothing wrong. I begrudge him the breath he breathes.

That is terribly shocking. Why do you think that way? I hope you never provide care for that poor little boy.

At the age of 51 I’ve just been diagnosed with adhd I haven’t told anyone, (not even dh) , I’m going to try some medication and see how it affects me first

I have only had sex with 2 men in my life ( I'm in my 50s )
First one married over 15 years, been with my 2nd dh 18 years.
When I first got with 2nd , I became quite ill and it turned out he gave me Herpes. He swears he never knew he even had it and has never had an outbreak in all the time we have been together. I on the other hand get it regular.
