Summer pudding (though it's not quite the season for it!)

I made this Lemon Cheesecake at Easter. It was very easy and very tasty.

Banoffee pie meringue nests. Meringue nest, caramel condensed milk, whipped cream, sliced banana and some grated chocolate over the top.

eddiemairswife · 20/05/2021 16:25

Lemon meringue pie.

honeylou42 · 20/05/2021 16:27

M&S Roulade with cream 😋

UnculturedSwine · 20/05/2021 16:27

Bonoffee pie. I buy a Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference shortcrust tart base (the best, I’ve done my research and have the extra pounds to show) then top with caramelised condensed milk, ripe bananas, whipped cream and sprinkle a crushed Flake on top. Ridiculously easy to make and tastes amazing!

MiloAndEddie · 20/05/2021 16:53

Lime and ginger pudding.

Ginger nut and butter base (like a cheese cake) then whip condensed milk and double cream together with as much lime as you want and pour on top. Chill to set.

BatleyTownswomensGuild · 20/05/2021 16:56

Lemon torte with cream or very good quality vanilla ice cream. (Drooling.)

AhaShakeHeartbreak12 · 20/05/2021 16:56

Always cheesecake

BiggerBoat1 · 20/05/2021 16:57

I love an apple tart or any kind of cheesecake. Always nice to have the option just to have fruit too. Personally I'm not keen on chocolate puddings.

Egghead68 · 20/05/2021 17:00

In season chop peaches, grapes and strawberries. Cover with whole amaretti biscuits and then a thick layer of creame fraiche then a layer of brown sugar. Grill till the sugar caramelises (old Sainsbury’s recipe card recipe).

veeeeh · 20/05/2021 17:01

Has to be easy, so for me it's Eton Mess, and as another poster said, Banoffee Pie. So simple, but both taste really nice too. I make Banoffee with biscuit/melted butter base like cheesecakes.

ineedaholidayandwine · 20/05/2021 17:02

Tiramisu

Egghead68 · 20/05/2021 17:03

Or Sherry trifle - layer of sliced Swiss roll, 2 tins of raspberries, loads of Sherry, ready made custard, whipped cream and toasted flaked almonds

cookiecreampie · 20/05/2021 17:04

Apple pie and custard

Shorthairlady · 20/05/2021 17:04

M&S profiterole stack.

KikiniBamalam · 20/05/2021 17:04

For a bbq with guests always profiteroles and mini strawberry pavlovas, loads of cream

WithLargeTableMouse · 20/05/2021 17:05

Lime and ginger pudding.

I do a lemon version of this. It’s the most easy and delicious pudding ever and a bit of grated or drizzled dark chocolate across the top, or some artfully placed raspberries makes it look a bit posh too.
3Britnee · 20/05/2021 17:05

Anything from M&S, mostly their chocolate fudge cake, or the lemon drizzle.

Cowbells · 20/05/2021 17:07

home made almond and cinnamon apple crumble
or
very easy home made black cherry ice cream
or
sticky toffee pudding
or
sherry trifle
or
Mary Berry's chocolate and berry roulade
