What's your go to dessert?

We have some family around over the weekend . We have the mains sorted but want some yummy desserts , what are your go to desserts, do you opt for cakes, tortes, Pavlova etc Im thinking it would be nice to have a choice 🥰

A friend made and brought over a St Clements Roulade last weekend. It was absolutely mega! We all sat there making mmmm noises with each mouthful and everyone asked for the recipe!
