I don't think it used to happen to me either. I dont want to have to do a quick shimmy after getting out of pools or hot tubs, like a dog coming in from the rain .

It doesn't happen to me but it is very common - I've seen Caitlin Moran talk about it on Twitter and loads of women said it happens to them.

I don’t think this happens to me and I have baths a lot. I’m mid 40s ans have two children but both caesareans. Could that be why?

If you do your Kegels in the bath, you can get an interesting underwater water pistol effect.

I think this is to do with how you lay. If you get into or hold a crunch/sit up position (like to shave your legs) then I think the niagra situation is more likely.
