Looking for ideas as I have no idea how to spend it. Grin

Some piano practice in the morning. I'm sorry I can't otherwise help you. I'll probably be bored sideways again.

MarjorieBouvier · 02/05/2021 22:48

Kids still have school and DH at work. I'm the only one with the day off, so I'm going to nap and watch call the midwife Grin

mrsrobin · 02/05/2021 22:49

Dog walk, spin on motorbike, might make an alpine garden - depends on the weather!

TokyoSushi · 02/05/2021 22:51

Covid vaccine for me!!

Woodlandbelle · 02/05/2021 23:03

We've a it of gardening to do. I hasve all the housework done so it should be a nice day. I'm cooking a roast (I have a lot prepped so it's easy to do)

Sparklingbrook · 02/05/2021 23:05

Work. Sorry that’s no help. Sad
Weather forecast is for gales and heavy rain here which makes it slightly better for me.

MonkeyPuddle · 02/05/2021 23:07

Buying a new bed. Upgrading our squeaky metal framed double to a king sized divan.

I AM SO EXCITED

AuntieMarys · 02/05/2021 23:08

Sausage baps.
Netflix and gin.

APurpleSquirrel · 02/05/2021 23:14

We're off to Paignton Zoo.

SingingSands · 02/05/2021 23:21

Watching the rain, bit if housework. Stripping wallpaper from DDs bedroom. Rock n roll.

IdblowJonSnow · 02/05/2021 23:23

A lie in. Playing with the kids. A shit ton of ironing and other housework.

Smokeahontas · 02/05/2021 23:25

Fuck all. And I can’t wait Grin

LadyCatStark · 02/05/2021 23:28

It’s meant to be terrible weather here so... nowt i guess 😡.

MadMadMadamMim · 02/05/2021 23:32

Walk the dog on the beach and get a coffee outside the Coast watch observatory. Watch the waves.

Sit in the garden if the sun is out at all. We've got a patio that is very warm and sheltered.

sherrystrull · 02/05/2021 23:35

Busy day today enjoying the sunshine safe in the knowledge we can chill tomorrow.

We're going to pop to the garden centre and park then cuddles, a roast dinner and relaxing.

DipSwimSwoosh · 02/05/2021 23:38

Swimming in the morning, climbing in the afternoon.

MummyInTheNecropolis · 02/05/2021 23:50

Meeting a friend for brunch at a nice cafe (with a roof over the outside area and heaters - weather is meant to be shite!) Then just pottering about, trying to coax teen DD out of her room for a bit maybe.

Pheebs2021 · 03/05/2021 06:42

Our plan was a nice breakfast and lazy coffee somewhere.... weather said otherwise :-(

vampirethriller · 03/05/2021 06:53

Asda, allotment, then trying a recipe from a Chinese cook book for dinner.

JMAngel1 · 03/05/2021 07:02

Drive to coast for the morning then Shopping Centre in the afternoon.
I will be shattered by tonight Grin

Choice4567 · 03/05/2021 07:03

@MarjorieBouvier where are you that schools are open on bank holiday?!

Gah81 · 03/05/2021 07:06

Piano in morning, lunch with a friend (shivering outside but still looking forward to it), books and then a film with DH. Knitting a sweater at various points in day and before I drift off.

toomuchfaster · 03/05/2021 07:07

@Choice4567 My niece is at her fee-paying school today, my DH is not, it's totally school dependent.
We are gardening this morning before it chucks it down this afternoon so I will either be crafting or watching a film with DD.

Londonnight · 03/05/2021 07:08

Working. I work in a private school so it is normal school day.

actiongirl1978 · 03/05/2021 07:09

Already walked the dogs, cleaned out the chickens and emptied the dishwasher.

Next it's laundry, then take some things back to the garden centre, then more weeding, planting, lunchtime snooze, second dogs walk, glass of wine, tea, bed.
