My increasing awareness of my shins. As in knowing that if I bump them, there'll be consequences

What's yours?

I was given a facial toning device - it actually works! You have to stick at it but if it continues to improve my jawline as it is (after 3 weeks) it’s well worth the tedium.

My neck rattles, knees creak, ankles swell, eyebrows disappeared (or moved down to upper lip and chin!), am biggest everbeen, including no much/too much waist. Old age is not for sissies as non- sissy Bette Davis said!

Forgot to say - when it is snowy/slushy I am very very careful and make sure I have non-slip footwear on as a slip could be bad for my hips!

My lovely once curly eyelashes are now straight.
Knees have gone. Absolutely no "padding" there now. Only bone, painful to kneel. I remember as a child seeing older ladies bent at the waist with their bottom in the air to reach down. Now I know why, I have become one of those old ladies.

Clitoris now dead as a door nail

Age spots. Appear at the first sign of sunlight and hang around all summer

Fear of a cricked neck. Jowls and scrawny chin/neck

Complete inability to lose any weight whatsoever no matter what method I use.
