Inspired by another thread by HensTeeth44, here is a thread for lovers of fan fiction either writer or just an avid reader.

I do have some unfinished Harry Potter fan fic to share but I'm at working at the moment.

Well ... not in canon there's not. You'll have to invent it for yourself. I suppose his grief over Narcissa might make him mildly interesting and sympathetic? They could have had a beautiful love story that never got explored in the books.

And the other is in capitals again. They love the fic - but they're having an anxiety attack throughout the whole thing.

I have some ideas but I have to be careful to not make him OOC. I've got him at work atm, but writers block is preventing anything interesting occuring.

I've got Yaxley being a dick and Thicknesse being creepy about Cassie.

I think that's the gift of fic, isn't it? You get to invent why Lucius might be such an arrogant twat, and what goes on inside his head that makes him sound more human.

Well, I'm doing something to Lucius that might actually invoke something for him.

Did it make you feel sorry for Lucius?

Yes - it doesn't necessarily redeem him (and after all what happened to him is just what he did to other people) but he was in pain and too proud to ask for the help he wanted and that was a conflict I could empathise with.

The bit with Cassie taking his clothes off was wonderfully awkward.

He's not redeemed. He just got a dose of reality. And the horror that Narcissa might have felt the same before she died.

I did laugh a bit when writing that. Certainly when has to take his pants off.

Yay!I got one on there for a story I updated back in April, but it was one of my regulars just saying 'oh I missed this had updated...'

I got a couple for my HP one last night (earlier today it was on 666 hits - but then sadly someone else read it). I don't expect any today because today's chapter is more moving things along to the action than actual action but tomorrow is the trial ... that will hopefully get a few!

It's good that comments are bit more forthcoming now.

I'm deciding now when the sexy times will happen. It'll happen between chapters 6 and 10.
