yay - a comment on my fic! Remus kissed Sirius at the end of the chapter so how could wolfstar lovers not love it?

@MrsGulDukat - you know if you give Lucius a job you'll have people commenting to inform you he didn't have a job. BUT in the movie he does say 'see you at work' to Mr. Weasley (well he more sneers it) so hide behind that as your defence.

Another day at work when I could be home writing.

I'm looking after toddler DC.

You both seem better at getting the words out than me! I love to write, but I do need to exercise and spend time with DH and just do nothing in my evenings occasionally. If I write 2k words it's a pretty good week.

Sometimes I dont even pick up my pen. I have to do other things and actually interact with the teenager.

If I did nothing but write, I'd get bored shirtless.

Work actually helps my brain even though I'd rather not be here.

I've only started writing lots since I started my HP fic because I'm excited about it and enjoy writing it and the whole thing seems to just fly along. But before this (so less than a month ago) my writing was creeping along.

I'm a supply teacher - on days I work I'm far too fried in an evening to do anything, but work is slow at the minute so I've got lots of time for writing. I'm waiting to start a new job at the minute (Pre employment checks are massively slowed down due to the covid backup over the last year).I've never not been a teacher before so I don't know whether I'll be able to write after work in the future - when work hasn't involved wrangling children for 5 hours. So I'm enjoying having time and energy to write while I have it - and it works out nicely that I have a fic I'm so excited to write.

I did get another comment last night: Baby Harry be watching this - and then an eye a mouth and an eye emoji ... I'm really not sure what that means!

No comments for me lately but I find sometimes one will just appear. When my kudos count stops, I'm fucked.

@Icantreachthepretzels - great chapter. I'm looking forward to the next one - because I know what happens!!!!! Although not so much Snape catching up with them and then Azkaban

@BlackLambAndGreyFalcon - thanks! Yeah - the angst on it's way is v v angsty indeed ... but actually the whole story line is pretty much laid out in the tags - so you can spoil the end for yourself if the misery gets too much.

Well I'm home at last.

And after a long day at work, I come home to find that my DD has eaten all my sweets, nearly all of the biscuits and she's hoffed pretty much everything else in the house.

I darent write anything. I fear Lucius may end up dead.

Is she old enough to send to the shop to buy you new sweets?

She's 14 (Nearly) and I think I'm gonna launch her into the nearest shop.

Oh my goodness - at 14 she's prime wattpad age. Does she write fanfic - and does she know you do?
When I was 14 I didn't write fanfic, but I was in love with Professor Lupin ... I haven't really moved on.

He does way filthier things in my imagination now than he did back then though

She doesn't write fanfic but she writes her own stories and lurks on Watpad.

She knows I write fanfiction. I think that's why she does it.

She has a crush on Draco, so she clearly has the same type as me.

So, making Lucius sound interesting and deep is harder than I expected.

I mean - he isn't really those things is he? We all love Lucius because Jason Isaacs but ... I mean, he's just a terrible snob with a lot of money and a very high opinion of himself but who hasn't ever actually accomplished anything, he isn't even a competent Death Eater!

I've just posted the chapter where Sirius and Remus get arrested - it's time for the angst, we'll see if people go for it or give up in rage! I did get a lovely comment yesterday (after the all capitals one) - one of those really thorough ones that say why they like it... they may not still like it now

There's gotta be more to Lucius than L'oreal hair and a snazzy dress sense.
