Would you go hairdressers with unwashed hair

Finally my hair appointment today!
I last washed my hair on Monday, usually only wash it once a week, would you wash it today before going to the hairdressers?
Friend says she would never go to the hairdressers with unwashed hair which made me think maybe I should wash it this morning but I really can't be bothered

My hairdresser also says that freshly washed hair is more difficult to work with for highlights etc. But I’ve the type of hair that needs to be washed every other day and gets greasy roots fast so I usually end up washing it the night before my appointment (and then apologising t the stylist!)

Definitely not. Its bad for your hair to be washed it twice in one day, let alone twice a week!

I have sensitive skin so only was it twice a week. I wouldn't wash it for it to be washed again.

Well, I didn't end up washing it. I asked hairdresser and she said she would prefer to not have been washed that day as something to do with the hair colour taking.

The posts did make me laugh about cleaning the house before the cleaner come
