It’s getting exciting. I am picking light fittings and fridges etc this week and waiting for a colour chart for the outside colour. I still don’t know the actual date in June that it will be done. I need to find somewhere to do a logo for me. Next week I need to do the business stuff, actually register it as a business etc.

In that case the coffee will have to be Nescafé gold, which was the height of sophistication (or was it the 90s when there was that “soap opera” coffee commercial?) and the cake would have to be Black Forest gateau or chocolate eclairs.
