Wow, you're all just so amazing and your kind words had me in tears last night. I had a self-destructive episode on Thursday night (coping strategy) but had an appointment with a senior psychologist yesterday and I'm starting a four-month clinic next week that's designed to teach coping strategies - I think it will help me.

I went for a drive yesterday, something I used to take great pleasure from but has felt numb for a very long time, along with many other things. It felt great! Hopefully the proper me will start to emerge.

I'm a very damaged person. Music has been my solace for many years and lyrics the way of expressing my feelings. I think this will become even more powerful.

It's like the whole dynamic has changed.
