Can’t believe it - I’ve finally done it!

I’m (just) in the healthy BMI range for the first time in over 10 years!

Still got a few pounds to go until I’m in the comfort zone, but that was my first target, and I’ve blooming got there!

Thrilled. And it’s largely down to MN and some great advice I got on a thread I started back in September last year.

Amazing Luna! Well done you I absolutely love all your tips and I like that it's true being obese is hard. I chose my hard on Tuesday. I've stopped the Diet Coke and tea, only drink water now and have been making much better food choices since then. I've still had an Easter egg this weekend. But I didn't scoff it. I really sat down and enjoyed it and now I'm back on it, making those healthier choices and I'll stop being greedy xx congratulations again. I'm so excited to fit into clothes properly!

I had an Easter egg today. And a pizza. Really enjoyed them, and still came in at 1800 calories. There’s never any need to deprive yourself.
