Just interested from another thread.

Me, Dh and ds none
Dd at uni, several.

OP posts:
Cushionsnotpillows · 22/03/2021 14:02

Me none
DH one for a hospital overnight admission for a different issue
Teen DC none.

We are in Scotland and I'm not sure if/when DC will start doing any testing for school. Not back full time here yet until after April holidays.

TroysMammy · 22/03/2021 14:12

Never had one and neither have 8 out of 11 in work with me. The other 3 had negative tests. Considering we work in a GP surgery, it's not possible to keep a distance all of the time and patients have had appointments we've been pretty lucky.

BrieAndChilli · 22/03/2021 14:23

me and DH none
DD and DS2 have both had high temps at different times and had (negative) tests.

Dh none.
Me twice a week.

DuckWithOneWing · 22/03/2021 14:26

I've had two because I've been in hospital. I haven't had to have any due to symptoms

MyDcAreMarvel · 22/03/2021 14:27

@EmmaGellerGreen you and your dh should also be having twice weekly LFT.

JaninaDuszejko · 22/03/2021 14:28

No. When I was poorly last March I couldn't access a test because I had no contact with someone who had come from China. Since then I haven't been ill.

Alfiemoon1 · 22/03/2021 14:29

Neither me dh or dd have had one and ds only now he is doing them at school

spiderlight · 22/03/2021 14:30

I haven't and nor has my DS. Dh is doing routine asymptomatic screening through his work but that's just a saliva sample once a month.

Mumof3girlsandaboy · 22/03/2021 14:32

I haven’t had one
My 2 daughters in secondary had x 3 each and all negative
DD in college had one and was negative

Comefromaway · 22/03/2021 14:35

I havn't

I wanted just over a year ago when ds and I were ill with something but they wern't available.

MaudesMum · 22/03/2021 14:36

Nope. I haven't been overly cautious, but I wfh and live by myself, so (up to now, touch wood etc etc) haven't been in a situation where I need to test.

Letsallscreamatthesistene · 22/03/2021 14:37

@sashagabadon

I’ve had more than 40 tests, my dh none at all Hmm
I hope this is because of your work or something along those lines and you havnt been getting tested for any little cough.

Ive never had any symptoms so ive never had a test.

dementedma · 22/03/2021 14:37

None in our family

DisgruntledPelican · 22/03/2021 14:37

None for me. DH had one when he was unwell with a bad cough about four months ago.

Phepho · 22/03/2021 14:37

5 of us here, four of us are doing twice weekly testing. We're either go to school or work in one.
Dh has never had a test

Echobelly · 22/03/2021 14:38

DH none, me 4, DS 1, DD none until she went back to school on 9 March and now doing 2 a week.

FizzyPink · 22/03/2021 14:39

Neither of us have. I work from home full time, DP works outside and we have no kids so minimal opportunity for catching anything.

I’m actually so pleased we haven’t had the usual coughs and colds that go round my office every winter

Inthevirtualwaitingroom · 22/03/2021 14:42

adult ds has not, he was frustrated with me having so many tests, but i was anxious

DeRigueurMortis · 22/03/2021 14:46

Me and DH.

We've diligently stuck to the rules and neither had symptoms nor been alerted (by the app or otherwise) to have been in contact with anyone infected.

DS is having them at school now but again prior to that hadn't had one.

If we'd have needed to have one we would have done without hesitation.

I think we've just been lucky though as I know of others who've been as careful as we have who've caught it (all through children at school).

Hotcuppatea · 22/03/2021 14:48

Never. I had an antibody test just after Christmas and it came back positive, so I've had the virus. Just no symptoms so no test.

cinders222 · 22/03/2021 14:48

Hubby - 1
DD 8 - 2
Me - None due to systems but have started lateral flow tests in last couple of weeks through work

mogloveseggs · 22/03/2021 14:52

Me 1
Dh 0
Ds 1
Dd 5 plus lateral flows at school

bloodywhitecat · 22/03/2021 14:53

I have had none, DP has had more than I care to remember all negative.

Ineedcoffee2021 · 22/03/2021 14:54

Nope for almost everyone i know and myself
We in South Aus and rural at that, only 1 im certain of was driving trucks interstate.
We had no local cases at all and I've been working in a petrol station in a town known as a travellers rest spot or pass through, last stop for a bit town. So we get people from all over coming through
