Really enjoying this recently, it’s peanut and lime chicken. Very easy to make, nothing fancy at all but just very tasty. I also add fresh ginger to it www.kitchensanctuary.com/peanut-butter-chicken/

Boil the breasts for 20 minutes. Chop into small pieces. Marinade in chilli and soy sauces for a few hours. Stir fry or use for pizza topping.

Hobnobswantshernameback · 21/03/2021 13:15

So do you just coat the chicken in pesto?
What else do you add?

Justmuddlingalong · 21/03/2021 13:17

Stuffed with haggis and rolled in bacon with a mushroom sauce.

Watchingthetelly · 21/03/2021 13:18

Another good store cupboard one is to make a tinned tomato, garlic, olive oil sauce and then cook chicken strips in it. Serve with cubed potatoes roasted with thyme and Rosemary and tender stem broccoli or green beans.

I'm making fajitas with mine tonight.

PickAChew · 21/03/2021 13:21

There's only me and dh in our house who will eat chicken breast so they'd almost definitely become a curry.

minipie · 21/03/2021 13:22

Chicken and chorizo stew
Fajitas
Garlic herb chicken (kinda like Kiev)
Satay
Stir fry

I like the look of that peanut butter chicken posted by Watchingthetelly

It depends if you have soft cheese like boursin?
If so, cube the chicken and cook in a pan.
In a pyrex place three rounds of soft cheese, cubed red pepper and cherry tomatoes. Cook at 180 for around 25 minutes. Mix together and gently squash tomatoes with a fork. Add the chicken and some penne pasta and voilà!
Tastes amazing.

Crankley · 21/03/2021 13:51

what about chicken escalope with saute potatoes and veg?

Popcornbetty · 21/03/2021 14:05

@Bubbles1st that's hunters chicken Smile

Outbutnotoutout · 21/03/2021 14:11

Grill or George forman the chicken

Add roasted new potatoes
And veg or beans or egg

Sceptre86 · 21/03/2021 14:42

I would make a stir fry or something you could bulk up with veg. Two chicken breasts between 4 people isn't a lot.

Nisse1 · 21/03/2021 14:45

www.saltandlavender.com/creamy-garlic-chicken/

I serve it with rice and green beans

Sceptre86 · 21/03/2021 14:47

Sorry just reread your op and it said a pack, how many are in a pack? What about stuffed chicken breast with sautéed potatoes and buttered spinach or mixed vegetables. Or a curry or stew?

niceupthedance · 21/03/2021 14:49
