I started a thread on this during a slump last week and never came back to it. It must have worked as I went off and powered through several things.

The replies were so lovely ranging from minor to major things.

I'm not sure why-it must be mid week blues-I reach a bit of a blob mid week.

So today I had an important meeting and got some positive news about a client.

What have you achieved today?

Worked on a new product to sell, giving out some tester kits at work tomorrow

Lilmzsnowflake · 10/03/2021 15:52

Food shopping.
Household tidying/vacuuming/washing up/laundry.
Emails for a charity I volunteer for that had to be sent today.
Named the extra uniform bits the dc needed for the end of the week.
Coloured a picture as my reward for doing all the jobs on my list by lunchtime 😁

RagzReturnsRebooted · 10/03/2021 15:54

Made a shepherds pie and a moussaka.
Washed up.
Load of laundry on.
Sat through 3+ hours of incredibly dull and badly presented Teams training for work.

GreenSlide · 10/03/2021 15:55

I mopped the floor which doesn't sound like a lot but I have a stinking cold and really didn't want to do anything Grin

BadEyeBri · 10/03/2021 15:56

I planned a new flower bed, played with the dogs, did a shop, some laundry and sat on the sofa. It's been lovely

Maverick66 · 10/03/2021 15:57

Laundry
Cleaned loo and sink in en-suite
Tidied up
Food shop made Bolognese
Looked after my young grandchild
Walked for 30 mins ...in the rain.

Peridot1 · 10/03/2021 15:58

Posted some parcels. It was stuff I had been meaning to sell for months and I put it all up on a FB group I am in yesterday and everything bar one item sold and I packed it all up and posted it. It’s the kind of thing I prevaricate about for ages normally!

Turefu · 10/03/2021 16:00

Done my weight workout and 110 squats 😬 Another day of training for my new role, made an appointment with garage and another one with estate agent.

Aroundtheworldin80moves · 10/03/2021 16:02

Spent a total of 2hrs 15mins on school run (grrr to roadworks!)
Rest of time sorting the accumulated junk in dining room from craft and homeschooling.

EileenGC · 10/03/2021 16:05

My kitchen and bathroom had both been cleaned to shining standards by 9.30am. I don’t usually clean that early Grin I keep my house tidy but during the last month it had all been ‘clean as you go’, no proper scrubbing of the bath or dusting all the cupboards. Felt bloody amazing.

Figured out my foreign language homework for tomorrow’s class without looking at the explanation. It’s something we learnt 4 months ago and remembering all the grammar rules (which make no sense) was something I didn’t expect.

Bath mats and kitchen towels were laundered this morning, I have another load of colours ready to go in tonight, I batched cooked last night and the fridge is fully stocked with healthy-ish food, which hasn’t happened in weeks. I feel on top of things, that’s what I’ve achieved so far today!

cptartapp · 10/03/2021 16:07

Smear test. Blood test. Post Office. Food shop. Second Covid vaccine. One load of washing.
Quite productive really.

Dontbugmemalone · 10/03/2021 16:07

Forced myself out of bed after 2 hours of sleep, completed school run which involves an hour walking and also completed a job interview as well continued with my current work.
I may find strength to cook dinner, fingers crossed Smile.

Starlive23 · 10/03/2021 16:08

I finished my last day at work before starting maternity leave! Its been a right slog the last 2 weeks or so but feels great to have done it!

BillywigSting · 10/03/2021 16:09

I found an electrician to put up a new light in my kitchen. It's rather nice being able to actually see what I'm doing in there.

I have also hovered the stairs and spent most of the day avoiding moody dp.

lightand · 10/03/2021 16:10

Done a few chores. Made tonight's tea. Helped a DD.
Gathered together lots of financial info, that may or may not be needed next week.

SkankingMopoke · 10/03/2021 16:13

I spent an hour and the whole of Monday and Tuesday psyching myself up, then 5 solid hours of home and work admin that I had been sticking my head in the sand over for the last few months. Plus school runs.

Atalune · 10/03/2021 16:15

Paid a bill
Did the food shop
Took DS to the drive through for a treat
Picked up a parcel
MessGed a friend
Shaved my legs and put a conditioning treatment on my hair
Wore a dress!
Did 2 exercise classes
Will walk the puppy later. But the weather is horrible! So putting it off 😞

MorePotatoSalad · 10/03/2021 16:24

Ah these replies are heaven. This is what I have missed.

Had a coil fitted that will hopefully take periods away and with them, my hormonal migraines.

BalancingStick · 10/03/2021 16:28

Made a decision on what colour to paint the kitchen wall, washed my Supergas, taken the car for a service, printed and signed some paperwork.

I like ticking stuff off my never-ending list of life admin!

PolarnOPirate · 10/03/2021 16:31

1:1 time with my preschooler now brother is back at school. Have absolutely ADORED the last 3 days.

Finished painting some drawers.

Quick and easy workout, but still effective and my 39th consecutive day of at least 30 mins exercise per day.

Eaten OK too.

omg35 · 10/03/2021 16:31

Nothing! Cluster feeding my 5 week old. Haven't peeled my bum off the sofa all day!

BillywigSting · 10/03/2021 16:40

@omg35 you haven't done nothing at all. You have been very busy doing the very important job of keeping a tiny and very vulnerable human alive and comfortable, which is no mean feat!

TheFairyCaravan · 10/03/2021 16:50

Nothing. I’ve had a horrible headache all day so I’ve not moved from the chair.

DH is actually going into the office tomorrow so I’m going to make the most of it by doing some proper cleaning that I can’t do when he’s here working.

OhToBeASeahorse · 10/03/2021 16:52

Very little given my 5 month old wont be put down and will only nap in a sling. We got to the shops and I've prepped dinner, and I've put some clothes away. That's it.
Not a fan of this age
