Piers does go to far sometimes but I do wonder why Megan didnt talk to her mum as her mum is a trained councillor and was living with them at the time.......but tbh I worry more about kids going to school without breakfast more upsetting that these two brats

I often thought piers spouted some shit, a lot of which I disagreed with but I defend his right to have an opinion and to voice it.

He has now been cancelled for having the ‘wrong opinion’ too many times. No doubt he will be replaced with with someone with the right opinion.

This isn't someone spouting off down the pub, he was a newsreader. The way that he presented information shaped people's opinions. It's not a freedom of speech issue when you are in a position to influence the public perception and choose to consistently vilify someone. Many people do not have the critical thought necessary to recognise that he is very biased, they will watch the news and if Piers says "Meghan is a golddigger" enough times they will believe it. That is not ok.

In every pub, club, family in the land you hear men like Piers droning on and shouting at anyone who disagrees with them. There's no chance of a debate, it's their way or nothing. He has a lot of male fans I suspect

Yes! I said the other week his questions are a monologue of his opinions shaped into a question.

Even the headteacher with tattoos. One minute he was saying it was wrong to pretend history didn't exist and try and erase it. That isn't what happened. Then it was his tattoos and then he said something like he's like to ask him why he didn't know before the student pointed it out these figures of history were controversial.

But that wasn't even what happened. He reshapes stories to always make his opinion right.

Why would the Royal family have had anything to do with it? Piers Morgan is a Royalist?

I fully believe that Piers Morgan is totally behind all the negative press on Harry and Meghan. Whatever you think of them personally is irrelevant. He simply is a despicable man and I cannot understand why he is liked by anybody. He seems to lack any integrity whatsoever!

If there was one person who I would wish something horrible to happen to it would be him! He really needs to learn a long hard lesson!

Interesting point above about him being responsible for some of the stories coming out. He made some comment this morning about knowing some details for a fact.

Perhaps he is afraid that the investigation from RF etc into stories would be outed him about something?

I could be clutching at ransoms straws but certainly the tide had turned against him on GMB this morning. They all began to stand U.K. to him after yesterday when guests began to stop being afraid to do so.

Wonder how long before Boris agrees to be on GMB now?

Thank god he’s gone, DH puts GMB in every morning and I’m beyond sick of waking up to PM shouting over anyone and everyone. It’s not a nice way to wake up! It’s so refreshing when Ben does the interviews and you can actually hear the answers that the guests give.

I’m shocked that people are slating Alex Beresford for being “just a weatherman”. Have they actually listened to what he said because he was very articulate and did really well to stand up to the bully that is Piers Morgan.

Again, this is THE NEWS. You should be as unbiased as possible when presenting the news! Imagine if every newsreader was delivering the news like him - "It's time to go and vote FOR THE CONSERVATIVES, wow their policies are amazing, all you need to know about Labour is they're shit and all of their MPs are vicious horrible crooks who will end this country" ???

If it was his personal Twitter or The Piers Morgan Opinion Show then let him say what he wants, people know what they're getting, but not on the fucking news.

it's a shame this overshadowed Thomas Markle answering accusations about him. He hasn't even met his sil yet Harry spoke to him like he had crawled out from under a rock when he was poorly after a heart op. I feel it has all been a bit staged to promote the Oprah interview. People who suffer from mental health problems in my experience get treated appallingly in this country so it's probably not a bad thing that Megan didn't end up in a and e looking at being sectioned or in the back of a police van it's really not a good experience - this can be the reality of suicidal actions in the UK.

Thomas Markle said the last time he spoke to Harry and Meghan was by text. Then said that he hung up on Harry because he made a snotty comment about not listening to him.

So I wouldn't set too much store in what he said.

I'm not mad about him and wish he didn't interrupt so much but for much of the last year he has been the only one who wouldn't let government ministers lie so I regret it for that reason.

I would think that he will be replaced possibly with a combo of Ben Shepherd, Sean Fletcher, and Adil Rae.

I geneally watch GMB when its Ben & Susannah or Kate & Ben but I've thought that Piers Morgan has been a bit manic recently, and felt that he probably needs therapy
