I loved that.
The problem with PM is he was actually so good at noticing the small facts and calling them out that he became too important in his own head for what he could handle.
He shouted about MM and PH being hypocrites for taking a private jet after talking another climate change - he had a point.
But then lectures everyone about 'moron ministers' keeping boarders open and Christmas mixing and lecturing the nation to make the right choice. He told all his avid viewers he'd planned a quite Christmas with the family. Then jets off to Antigua.
His demise came because he had no intention of standing by what he said he believed and hated being called out for it. He thought he was above others and untouchable.
I also remember the morning he made a whole VT on Matt Hancock calling JVT JVT.
This is one of the most intelligent academic men in the world right now who can more than stand up for himself. He was the only one willing to comment on Cummings eye sight trip. It's quite obvious he could have said if he didn't want addressing a particular way in public.
So he played it to JVT and asked the bemused bloke what he thought of MH calling him what in public.
He didn't quite know how to respond when he said he's been called that most of his academic life and it doesn't bother him.
He's been trying to bully those he doesn't like more and more and eventually people had enough.
