Always found it very odd that Susannah basically sat there and just accepted his ranting. She never really stood up to him like Alex did did she? I bet she’s delighted

I thought the cold monologue she gave the morning after was telling. Lorraine and Kate Garraway both gave big eulogies to Piers Morgan on ITV.

The pair of them had become unwatchable. Piers rants away, Susanna sits there mute or plays along with a good cop/bad cop routine. It was crying out for someone to call Piers out the way Alex did and of course Mr Free Speech couldn't handle that.

Yes I thought it was disgraceful the way he ranted like a madman, put Susannah down all the time and talked over her. He is a rude, unpleasant man. Susannah obviously disagreed
with his views a lot of the time but she never really spoke up. I’m glad he’s gone.

Sharon Osborne is conditioned to find this standard of male behaviour an acceptable norm. Her father would make PM look like Mary Poppins if compared. Mr O has his own issues. Defending the indefensible is second nature to her.

Sharon was so cringe. Telling that black woman she has no right to cry (even though she was not), and that she, Sharon should cry (and she was). Then demanding the black woman educate her about racism. That other woman was so calm. All the while swearing. So entitled !

I forgot all about that Wow

Ive never watched GMB I’ll admit, so I’ve no idea what PM was like beyond the stuff I read in the papers. He ran the News of the World though didn’t he? He was always known to be controversial and I’m going to assume that’s one of the reasons he got good ratings. Lots of people share his opinions. They won’t admit it In the same way most people won’t admit to voting leave or voting Tory, however he does speak for a swathe of people in the UK.

Will be interesting to see who is replacement is.

I wonder if he had a contract with ITV he couldn't break but had to get out hence the faux anger and angst over MM until he was fired.
Now he can tootle over to GMB new radio station, new job.
