I will not be watching. I think they are both despicable. The upset that the Diana interview caused his brother is well documented, yet Harry is putting him and the rest of his family through this? Also, how can two supposedly humanitarian, compassionate and caring people sit and moan about how awful their lot in life is, when so many people in the world have lost so much (both economically and otherwise in the pandemic)?
Re the press coverage and the statement. Many people in the UK had no idea who MM was and that she was dating Harry until she gave an interview to Vanity Fair about their relationship and kept posting things on instagram. She also kept wearing things that made the paps and papers go crazy, like jewelry with their intials on.
The public supported them, the crowds at their first engagements and wedding were massive and cheering them on. Sometimes, it seems like that are conflating the people and the press and sniping at them. If the public stop caring about them, they will soon notice.
In the engagement interview, MM said she wanted to get her 'boots on the ground' then less than two years later, it's all too hard and she didn't know what she was getting into? Then the Palace reveal that they were offered an out, before the publically funded wedding and titles, but they said No, they wanted to work!
Then the petualnt statements... the Queen doesn't own royal etc. Disrespectful is not the word.
Also, yes to the PPs highlighting that Kate endured nearly a decade of vile press, which began when she was a teenager! Meghan knows how the press works and there are tranches of evidence of her working the press before she met Harry. As for the BS of not having tabloids in the US oh please...just look at what they did to Britney Spears.
My hope is that they put their feet in it well and truly and fade away and if they make each other miserable on the way to obscurity so much the better.
