Sorry for the clunky title, but I have two.
Most recent; tonight, DH and me were talking about nothing, just chitchat about our teenage kids and random sayings they say, and he said “it means nothing to me” then he went “ohhh Vienna”
Made us laugh. Although you probably had to be there.

The other one is last March when we had a team meeting at work just before first lockdown, we are a tiny company, only 4 of us. My boss ended a lengthy uplifting talk saying “where do we go from here”
My lovely colleague immediately said “is it down to the lake I fear”

You probably had to be there for that one too!

In the car if DH asks which way next I love it when it’s left because then I can sing “to the left, to the left” then carry on as Beyoncé belting it out!

Someone just has to say, “looking back” and I turn into Elaine Paige with, “I could have played it differently.”

The word 'vision' has the same effect on me - I get a hymn playing in my head, 'Be Thou My Vision, Oh Lord of My Heart'. I am not a churchgoer and haven't sung a hymn for 20 odd years, but this one is well and truly stuck.

DH and I will always respond with 'Kayyyyyyyyy-leeeeeeeigh'

If I hear "Thank you very much", I have to add "For the Aintree Iron..." Have to be a certain age to remember that one!
