Why would you ruin a modern flat by 'designing' it like this:

www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/99660857#/

There are actual marble/stone pillars in the bedroom and even wrought iron garden furniture in the bathroom for when you decide to have your neighbours over for a cuppa while you wash your bits!

Oooh I think I love it! Bit odd for a rental though

IthinkIm · 10/02/2021 19:57

I love it.

Echobelly · 10/02/2021 19:57

I can admire, if not like, the Mediterranean style thing they have going on there, but in a warehouse conversion flat, it is a very odd choice!

TheMandalorian · 10/02/2021 19:58

I kind of like it but would expect to find it in an old italian vineyard house, not in the 1 bed flat. Also yeh what's with the bistro set next to the bath? Odd.

MillieEpple · 10/02/2021 19:58

I now want patio furniture in my bathroom

Suzi888 · 10/02/2021 19:59

faints at the price it’s not what I’d go for but imagine some people will love it.

BornInAThunderstorm · 10/02/2021 19:59

Crikey all I can think of are all the cobwebs accumulating in the dried plant stuff up the walls.

NannyR · 10/02/2021 20:02

I quite like it, it's a bit over the top but works well in that type of building and is so much better than wall to wall minimalist grey.

KaptainKaveman · 10/02/2021 20:06

I hate it. There is a massive chest of drawers right next to the cooker....I mean, why?
It looks terrible IMO, like Laura Ashley on speed collided with Laurence Lewellyn-Bowen, also on speed. Grin

AdditionalCharacter · 10/02/2021 20:07

It'd be like being on holiday all year round. I like it, not sure I could live there though.

Toorapid · 10/02/2021 20:09

It's not a modern flat though. It's ok. I could do without the dead leaves (?) but the rest is quite good. Better than sleek modern flats that are all the same IMO.

GrumpyMiddleAgedWoman · 10/02/2021 20:09

Jeez, the dusting

Nishky · 10/02/2021 20:10

I love it

CatsAndDogsAndHorses · 10/02/2021 20:10

Yes, but what’s living in the void next to the bathroom Shock

cerealgamechanger · 10/02/2021 20:13

Not a modern 'modern' flat but a newly converted flat in Borough, not the south of France or Italy or wherever!

I would like to see real photos not silly filters

MacavityTheDentistsCat · 10/02/2021 20:13

I think I've seen that flat recently - say the last six to twelve months - in a magazine article. It looks very familiar!

tilder · 10/02/2021 20:14

Is it being let furnished? What a nightmare when sorting out damage, repairs, deposits whdn the tenant leaves.

PeterPandemic · 10/02/2021 20:15

I wonder if the dead leaves are in the inventory? 'Oh no, a bit dropped off, that's going to cost'

cerealgamechanger · 10/02/2021 20:15

I believe it's a freestanding kitchen...

Hauskat · 10/02/2021 20:15

It looks like a Victorian warehouse conversion.

This is it, isn't it? The DM just couldn't resist Grin.

EspressoExpresso · 10/02/2021 20:18

How much?!

VinylDetective · 10/02/2021 20:22

I’m not surprised they seem to be struggling to let it.

Chicchicchicchiclana · 10/02/2021 20:22

Dear Lord that filter, whatever it is, is horrible!
