Simba, Emma, Eve ...? Which mattress?

Looking at all these adverts you see, all claiming to be the best.

Do you have one, do you recommend?

Anyone done the 100 nights then sent it back? How TF does that work? Is it hassle free?

Thanks Smile

@BalloonSlayer

Sorry can't help, thought this was a baby name thread and clicked to find out who on earth was contemplating calling their baby girl Simba. Grin
I did a double take and clicked for the same reason Grin

I have a simba, it is the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. However it gets bloody hot in the summer!

amusedbush · 25/01/2021 11:28

I’ve had an Eve mattress for a year and it’s amazing. We got it when they did a big discount event but I’d have been happy to pay full price.

I recently splashed out on a Simba pillow and I’m really unimpressed. It flattens out really badly so I spend the whole night flipping it over and I’ve had terrible neck pain for days now.

We have an Emma and I like it better than any other mattress I have ever had.

amusedbush · 25/01/2021 11:29

Sorry, I have an Emma mattress 😂😂 I was typing as I read another comment!

FellowFlipFlop · 25/01/2021 11:30

I had an Emma and found it incredibly uncomfortable, it was so soft it was causing back pain. Now have a relyon and wouldn't buy a bed in a box mattress again

Thank you, everyone!

I'm glad I'll have this thread to refer back to when I do take the plunge, some good pointers.

Was really hoping that someone would review the nectar mattress!

Not a Leesa or Simba
Both were great for the first year and then turned to collapsed shite

And the companies wash their hands of you after the trial ends

@Boopeedoop

Was really hoping that someone would review the nectar mattress!

It's just come up as a targeted ad due to all of the other similar mattresses I've looked at!
Interested to see if anyone has any input on that one.

Thanks again everyone, I think if I do take the plunge and order one I really need to mark the 100 days on the calendar and make sure I'm happy with it before it lapses.

Hey, I could have years of free mattresses if I did that with every brand kidding Grin

I've got Emmas in all my bedrooms and love them.

AngeliqueDePeyrac · 25/01/2021 16:57

We have a nectar and are very pleased with it so far. It is quite warm so will be interesting to see how it fares come summer. Same issue with the smell for about a week but we could live with it till it faded

Boopeedoop · 25/01/2021 22:43

Thank you @AngeliqueDePeyrac

Is it like sleeping on a cloud but with support?

Our last mattress was like a brick. The. All of a sudden we are sleeping in two dips.

Have terrible joint pains and I want to feel supported and snuggly. We are both heavy people which is why I was looking at the nectar

Theforest · 28/01/2021 18:05

Has anyone tried Brook and Wilde? Really tempted as good discounts.
