I'm still mourning flavoured toffos , though the dentist told me no nuts and no toffees

Without a doubt, the Body Shop Pineapple face cleanser. It was MAGICAL. Came in a tube, creamy lotion consistency, smelled strongly of pineapples and I loved it so much. I was heartbroken when I realised they'd stopped making it, remember using it for the first time when I was 12. If they brought it back I would actually cry - probably just because it represents my childhood.

I wish they'd bring back the Wright's Vaporizer. The one you had to pour some kind of pungent liquid onto a pumice stone at the top, then light a tea light in the bottom.

It was probably toxic, not to mention a massive fire risk, but it was incredibly effective. The Calpol plug-in and the big tank of simmering water that Vicks came up with just don't do the job.

Savlon dry antiseptic spray. It was a godsend when dc were small and injured themselves. I sprayed it on an injury when they were asleep for good measure. My 4 dc were very resistant to cleaning wounds!

It was a coal tar liquid; my Mum spilt some on the mantlepiece, and it took the paint off.
