(Are you a vegan, OP? Vegan dd has had: bowl of oreo cereal with oat milk, avocado toast, pizza with salad and is now on to the orange jelly)

A small handful of cashew nuts.
A couple of cocktail sausages.
A pile of roasted veg with feta, falafels and hummous for lunch.
A few dark choc chips nicked out of the baking bag!

Will have a roast dinner shortly.

I made a poached with toast and smoked salmon for breakfast (I popped in the shop on the way back from a run- it's was a spur of the moment, not regular!)

Roasted Mediterranean veg lasagna (Delia's recipe) for late lunch, lovingly made by wonderful DP (super duper wonderful, especially as it burnt because I told him I'd put a timer on my phone [oven timer broken] and forgot!). Still tasted lovely!
Had some garlic bread with it.

Half a bar of Cadbury's mini egg chocolate, while the lasagna was burning 😂

No dinner because of the late lunch, still full!

Porridge with maple syrup, slice of buttered toast, black coffee.
Chicken noodle soup, couple of bits of ciabatta with butter. Rice pudding.
Cup of tea.
Supper will be courgette and orzo bake with spinach; apple crumble and custard if I have room for it.
Lots of soft food because I have horrible mouth ulcers.

Snacks - Clementine, digestive biscuit, spoon of peanut butter, apple

Dinner - roast chicken and all the trimmings, plum crumble and custard

Just enjoy it...I had a shitty Sun/Mon/Tues this week and ended up ordering a £30 takeaway curry Tuesday night...just for me (albeit there were enough leftovers for me and DD for later in the week).

It was bloody gorgeous...I sacked off Dry January as well and felt much better for it!

I've loved my food today, felt healthy with a few nice treats, so lovely for a sunday.
Coffee, then gluten free tiger bread with avacado, salt and pepper, chilli flakes and lemon juice.
Then a takeaway mocha during my walk.
A mug of hot water with lemon slices, fresh ginger and honey.
Handful of mini eggs Grin
Roast chicken, pesto covered new potatoes and roasted olives, carrots, broccoli, green beans amd corn on the cob.
Two glasses of wine and now debating a baileys Wine

That's pretty good for me as I've been snacking a lot recently but didn't want much today. Went for a long walk too.

B =Pondoro + Whittards flavoured Christmas coffee with skimmed milk (EB half pint mug)

L= Pom bears 1 pkt +2 tbs M&S Reduced fat Chive dip

Snack = Marzipan and thin crispy Carluccios biscuit things from hamper (many of them) milky tea

Dinner = Naked Noodles

Mint tea all other drinks.

How I don't have scurvy I do not know! Shock
