Greggs vegan sausage roll
3 hash browns, half a tin of beans and two slices of toast
Pasta with home made pesto, peas, asparagus and broccoli

7am small bowl of dry cereal (Jordan’s strawberry crisp)
3.30pm rice and vegetable microwave meal, mini roll
7pm mini roll
9.30pm when I got home from work cold chip shop chips that DH had got delivered about 4hrs earlier

Mug of Earl Grey in bed

Breakfast:
Poached egg on toast, cup of coffee

Lunch:
One and a half bowls of homemade leek and potato soup, M&S sausage roll (so good)

Two clementines

Snack: apple

Supper:
Sausages, sweet potato fries, garlic spinach, carrots, roasted tomatoes.

Tiramisu

Three toffee and pecan shortbread biscuits.

Today
Vanilla overnight oats with banana.
Vegan cheese salad wrap, salt and vinegar crisps.
Satsuma.
Dinner will be pizza and cake as i made a lovely Victoria sponge with ( plant based) cream and lots of strawberries.

Protein bar, slice of buttered white bread and small bag of quavers. Making vegan fry up (grill up?) for tea.... Fake Black pud, lorne sausage, sausage, beans and a slice of toast... yum! Then probably a bit fruit in the evening

A boring day so far....

I am a creature of habit. If it fills me up and is low in calories, I will eat or constantly, so today breakfast and lunch was the same as yesterday, had probably will be for the next week.

B: Overnight oats
L: 2 eggs, scrambled in pitta, an apple, some salted popcorn
D: Cottage pie, green beans, parsnips.

Drinks: Back coffee x 4, hot Vimto x 2, peppermint tea x 3

I may go wild as it is Friday, and I have been good all week and have a Freddo bar later.

Left over mushroom and kale stroganoff and rice
When o can be bothered dinner will be an Aldi vegan pie, kale, broccoli and gravy

B - slice of seeded toast with whole nut peanut butter and banana
S - banana
L - leftover chickpea, cauliflower and spinach curry, clementine
S - raw fruit bakewell bar. Chocolate coin
D - we've ordered a takeaway from the Turkish kebab house so I'm waiting for charcoal grilled chicken, meze and Turkish bread. Very excited. Drinking red wine whilst waiting.

No appetite today. I ate a small sliced beef and cheese sandwich a little while ago because I thought I ought to have something; it was quite nice and I feel better for it. I have some strawberries in the fridge, all washed, and might have those later.

L - Veggie lasagne and salad / Greek yogurt with prunes

D - Fish fillet in breadcrumbs, rice & peas

10 cal Jelly & light ice cream

Snacks - Peanuts, Cheese straw, snackajacks, 2 choc rice cakes
