Greggs vegan sausage roll
3 hash browns, half a tin of beans and two slices of toast
Pasta with home made pesto, peas, asparagus and broccoli

I did run 10k this morning though so I don't care today

B: two milky coffees and half a banana
L: half a Turkish flatbread with beer battered fish pieces, tartare sauce and salad
2 tbs Greek yogurt with banana, apple, blueberries and a spoonful of muesli
S: hot chocolate and half a large choc chip cookie
D: Roast lamb, dauphinoise potatoes, steamed carrots, roast sprouts and bacon, gravy and mint sauce
2 cups milky tea

Looks a lot but i did do a 30 min run and 2 HR bike ride

I've had a bad day's eating, eggs shakshuka (or however it's spelt, shukshuka?) and cheese on toast for breakfast.

Then I wasn't hungry and fell asleep for hours, woke up and cooked fish, swede and savoy cabbage. And several biscuits and tea for afters.

I might go and have a grapefruit soon.

2 slices of tiger bread and butter and a bucket of coffee for breakfast. Oh and a banana.

Hoisin naked noodle pot for lunch followed by an apple and a satsuma.

Pack of foam bananas (shared with ds2) on our afternoon walk. Diet coke and pack of prawn cocktail crisps when we got home (would have had the same in the pub!).

3 potato waffles, beans and (homemade, free range) breaded chicken bits for tea, followed by an orange club biscuit.

Half a bottle of viognier tonight.

3 litres of water.

2 slices of sourdough toast with butter and marmite, pickled onion monster munch, apple

Home veg soup, made with all the sad looking/on the turn veg in the fridge/veg basket (known as fridge gravel soup in this house), roll

Banana, couple of fruit pastel sweets

I don’t think I’ll fill in today’s as I’m currently eating Nutella out of the jar instead of doing my home workout Blush

Coffee
Tiger bread toasted with avocado, chilli flakes and salt, pepper and lime juice.
Lunch was a bit of a strange mix of leftover pesto potatos, anchovies and roasted red and yellow peppers.
Hot lemon water with ginger
Dinner is going to be salmon, jasmine rice, green beans and broccoli.
And red wine and water Wine

Porridge with dried apricots and dates chopped in it and a touch of double cream

Ham salad and Mayo sandwich and a handful of crisps
Mini Rocky road

Dinner will be left over roast pork from yesterday with Yorkshire puds, veg and stuffing!

Today was a odd day. So it was a small chocolate bar cadbury purple snack. Two leftover cold sausages. Planing to have lidl nasi goran with some stir fried chicken and veg. All of it needs using up.

French fries crisps, apple, grapes.
Coffee, tea, green tea.
Slice of pizza and salad for tea.

Eating little and often as back on ww and the first few days take a bit of getting used to.

L - super greens soup, clementine, bakewell raw fruit bar
D - veg chilli, rice, Greek yoghurt, grated cheese
A digestive with my coffee. I might have a bit of dark chocolate in a minute - fancy something else sweet.

Not a healthy day at all Grin in my defence, everything went wrong this morning and by the time I got round to eating at 2pm, I just wanted something quick and filling!

Nothing inspiring at all, just a lazy not-very-hungry day
